Such a lovely cottage in a beautiful spot close to the Wonders Creation Museum and we had one of the best burgers ever at a Little Bit of Everything Restaurant

This place was a nature lover's paradise. We loved the pond and the woods. We seen several deer and enjoyed the birds. It was extremely clean and very quiet. The host thought of several things to help their guests like K-cups, outlet strips, night lights, etc. 10/10 would recommend staying there.

Peaceful little cabin

The cabin had everything needed for a little getaway. We were able to fish, roast marshmallows over a fire, and enjoy the leaves falling on a perfect fall evening. It was equipped with all of the basics, including coffee, filtered water, bathroom toiletries, and cooking necessities. Take time away from the electronics and enjoy the views from the many windows overlooking the lake.

Beautiful, rural setting

Overall, it was pleasant. We were there for my daughter's wedding in White Bluff, which about 10-15 minutes away. Though the description of the property was accurate about it being rural, we didn't realize what that meant! Haha! There was basically no internet and cell phone reception, depending on your provider, was spotty. It was nice, though, not having to listen to the daily news. It was refreshing to be offline, so to speak. I might suggest that the home be stocked with the very basics -- coffee/tea/sugar/creamer -- for those of us who arrive at night and haven't had a chance to stop in at a market to pick any of these things up beforehand. It would be nice to be able to have a cup of coffee in the morning and not have to drive into town to get one. Other than that, it was a very nice, quiet country setting.

This home was beautiful!! Very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful wooded area and pond! You are really alone out here and can relax! The only thing we didnt like was little stink bugs all over the inside of the house but we are out in the middle of the woods! This home was very clean and easy to access with codes given by the owner.
