Recentemente ristrutturato bagno con cabina doccia, lavatrice / asciugatrice, cavo digitale ,, 2 TV, HDTV in camera da letto, 30 "a schermo piatto in salotto, internet wireless, divano letto Lazy-Boy e veranda protetta. Biancheria inclusa. Non fumare. No animali.

On a Beach in Turmoil

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is fine. We didn't know about the major, 24/7 beach rebuilding project immediately in front of our place. Besides the noise, this caused a dramatic reduction of the available beach.

Lovely Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit before and again in Sept 2026. The updates since our last stay were much appreciated and very nice. I would suggest an upgrade to the bed sheets as the fitted sheet never stayed on the bed. The mattress was much improved from our previous stay. The shower drain needs a good cleaning as the water did not drain and you were left showering with standing water. We did not contact maintenance because this wasn't enough for us to deal with maintenance coming into the unit. Our personal preference is for lower deck chairs. The high-tops are a challenge for short seniors.

Spring Respite

This is a cozy 1BR end unit that is “Beachy” decorated. The beach views are outstanding, especially the sunrises.

Wonderful Get Away

Clean, cozy and perfect setup for two. The location was ideal with nice view of the beach and quick walk to get there. Rental management was very good at communicating. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

We loved IOP!!!

The pictures are exactly like the condo was. We had a wonderful time with the Condo, Beach and Pool. There is lots to do within a short drive. Take a carriage tour and harbor tour in Charleston, SC. We loved the Condo and it was very spacious.

Love This Place

Check in-check out was super easy and the unit was in very nice shape. About a 20 minute drive to Charleston,two golf courses to choose from and of course the ocean right outside your back door.

The condo is clean and location is perfect! We loved the new decor. We also appreciate Island Realty. The staff is so nice, so helpful, and on the rare times we've experienced a problem it was addressed promptly.

Great, cozy location with a magnificent view

Everything is provided, but there is no clutter so it remains neat with room enough for your own belongings. We had a terrific visit with spectacular weather for three of our four days there even in November! There are wonderful restaurants close by, and we enjoyed walking all over the island!

Winter Getaway

This was an upgrade at no cost to us,which turned out beautifully. The reservation process as well as check in and check out went smoothly. We would book thru Island Realty again in the future.

Port of call 101b

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is amazing. The views are spectacular. The condo comes furnished with all your needs. I recommend bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The owners obviously take pride in their oceanfront beach home. The bed was very comfortable. The couch and chairs were comfortable also. The screened in back porch was perfect. Here is my complaint, it is a major one. Our a/c would not work properly. We had to go buy fans at Lowe's. We have a 5 month old that was overheating in the condo. The temperature had gotten up to 84 in the small condo. We had opened up all Windows. My poor child was sweaty and crying because she was so hot. I felt helpless. After the 3rd time calling after hours, I finally had to use some very strong ugly language. I was fed up. Around 8pm. Finally, someone came. The condenser was plugged up. After that the a/c worked wonderful. 2 days of our vacation was ruined.

Thank you for your reply and do apologize for your inconvenience. Air conditioning is definitely a necessity here with the summer heat and humidity and sometimes our a/c systems are taxed with the usage and salt air. In this situation the system worked as it was designed as the condensate line was blocked and the system switched off so to alert us of the problem and prevent a leak in the condo. Our after hours A/C technician was called out and from call to completion took 4 hours to get the system up and running. We rechecked the system this week to make sure the condensate line was indeed open and unit was working correctly. I do understand the heat is terribly uncomfortable at this time of year which is why we have systems in place to address unforeseen situations quickly.

2024 Port O Call B101 stay

The highlight was the screened porch with great views and privacy. One suggestion-the high top table was great for eating outside but some comfortable sitting chairs would have been a plus. Two small ones might fit along with the high top. Island Realty was great. We will rent through them again. Probably the most helpful and professional company we have ever experienced. I will recommend Island Realty and this property to friends.
