Check in was easy - house was clean, the carpet needs replaced it smells like pets and is stained. Furniture is worn, and house is a bit outdated. However, It had everything we needed and was in a nice quiet secluded location - would stay here again.

Th house was clean and comfortable. The layout is different in that you must walk through the bedroom with the bunk bed to get to the master suite. Some of the sinks and end tables look very worn. The location of the house is close to everything and very quiet at night. We had a great trip!

The location couldn’t have been better for us! Wonderful quiet and private location. The house had plenty of room and the game room was so much fun. I hope we can stay there again next year. Thank you Matt for a great place to stay.

Matt was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. The home was spacious and accommodating for our early family Christmas getaway. We enjoyed the tranquility and easy accessibility for our handicapped family member. So easy to commute to sites in the area. We would definitely make a return trip.

Large house with lots of potential. The owner had a beautiful Xmas tree up and lots of extras throughout the house-blankets, soaps, first aid kit. He was good with communication, however The coffee maker was unusable and did not get fixed or replaced during our stay after we brought it to his attention on day 1. The house could use new paint and new flooring on the inside. The yard is huge and has a small fenced in section for dogs which was really nice. We would likely stay here again.

Greenville Gem

The house exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room, very clean, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, and a huge TV to watch the game on. There is also a big game room. The host, Matt, was easy to work with and communicated promptly. If you are in the area, don't hesitate to rent this lovely home.

The location and house were perfect for our weekend trip to attend our daughter’s wedding. It was quiet and peaceful with plenty of room to stretch out when we had a moment to relax. They have a great rec room setup but we didn’t have time to take advantage of the games with all the wedding activities that were scheduled. There is also a nice backyard to relax in and with the location, again, would be a peaceful place to relax. Matt was super easy to work with and the weekend went well. I only marked cleanliness down as there are stains in the carpets which had no bearing on our enjoyment of the house.

2/10 Terribile

Mi è piaciuto: Check-in
Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, comunicazione, accuratezza dell’annuncio
The pictures of the home on vrbo are not accurate of what we found on the interior of the home upon check in. Our bedding was not changed and we found human and dog hair throughout the bedding. Exposed wires from the ceiling in the laundry room. Heavy rust in the water.Washer leaking water. Missing vanity light bulb in bathroom. The whole interior of the house wasnt clean at all. The crib was broken. 3 of the 4 bedrooms were connected together. Which meant you had to go through each room just to get out of the back bedroom to gain access to the other parts of the house. Would not recommend staying here.
