Nestled in a tranquil setting, this superb property offers a serene escape for guests yet it's still within 3 miles of downtown & Aspen Place. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and 1 queen over queen bunk bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The house features modern amenities such as AC, WiFi, a gas grill and a washer & dryer. All 4 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, hair dryer & shampoo for added convenience. Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply relaxing in the cozy living spaces, our house provides the perfect home away from home. This house was beautiful and spotless! The host was over the top responsive. Concierge level service. We would definitely stay here again. Everything about this house was nice!

Fantastic getaway for families

Cindy was a great host, she not only accommodated a last minute change to my reservation, but also provided a thorough guide of the property and the surroundings.Regarding the house itself, I spent the time with a large family of 6 adults and 2 kids and everyone loved the place, very spacious and the gaming room was definitely a plus for the kids

Amazing Experience

We were in Flagstaff for our daughter's graduation from NAU and were looking for a place large enough to handle 6-7 of us and close to campus. This property hit all our requirements and then some. The house is beautiful and has an incredible view. We had plenty of space to just hang out and when it was time to get to NAU, we were only a couple minutes away. The communication with Cindy (hostess) was the best we've ever had at a VRBO. She was very quick with responses and helpful. We recommend this property highly - we absolutely loved it and cannot imagine a better experience.

Great stay

The house is as described. Very nice and nearly brand new. The appliances were high end and worked perfectly. We had a family of 8 stay. Two of whom were kids 5 and 3 who loved the bunk beds. Plenty of sleeping options for us. It’s In an area of new houses. Cindy, our host, was great to communicate with. Always quick to respond and helpful with everything. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed a few days before Christmas for a small family get-together. The property was even more beautiful and luxurious than we anticipated from the images. From the artwork on the walls to the Tempur-Pedic beds, we were made to feel at home in the smallest details. There was even a gorgeous tree and holiday decorations to make our stay complete! The property was in a neighborhood that felt remote, but was within easy distance to the main city. We were able to enjoy the starry night sky of the forest from the backyard patio, with the option of delivery from any number of restaurants. The host was thoughtful and communicative, providing the exact right amount of information. We were treated considerately and respectfully throughout the entire experience. We will absolutely return for a longer stay and might even make our Christmas stay here a tradition!

Attention: IF you are searching for the absolute premier VRBO experience in the Flagstaff area then look no further than this truly amazing property! Not only is the home epic with regards to location, accommodations, cleanliness, organization, comforts galore, quietness and loaded with modern conveniences, the host also takes the experience to the next level with her prompt communication, clear directions, ease of use and streamlined check in and check out procedures. The home and host both ensure an exceptional VRBO experience! I cannot say enough great things nor award enough 5 star accolades for our stay at this property. Of all our VRBO experiences, this is the only one we look forward to repeating! Very Well Done!

Wonderful Family Home

I highly recommend Cynthia’s home for a family. It is a very modern and super clean home. As clean freak ourselves we were not sure about renting a house; but this home far exceeded our expectations and set the bar high for future home rentals. The house is located in super quite community and outlooks into a beautiful ponderosa forest. My kids loved playing there and taking 1 hour long walks.Instead of a host, Cynthia instantly felt like a friend. After the booking was completed, she called and provided all the details we needed. Also emailed us very detailed guide for our stay; which made check-in in process so easy and navigating all the bells and whistles at the house. Throughout our stay, Cynthia kept checking to see if everything was okay and she was always available whenever we called or texted her; like I said it felt like a friend on the other line. Everything that you need in a home is there from the kitchen to the bathroom. Each section of the home had all items neatly labeled and organized. In the kitchen there was plenty of storage in the pantry for our family of 6. Although we didn’t cook much all the appliances were high brand and super easy to use! The property was very clean, all the bedding and towels smelled amazing and there was plenty of extra available for us to use. After long days of exploring Grand Canyon, Sedona, etc we found the house a wonderful place to relax. It was like we never left our own home, but in a better location surrounded by trees

Summer family get away

This is our third time spending July 4th in Flagstaff. We were looking for a home large and comfortable enough to accomodate 4 generations! This property fulfilled all of our requirements. The bedroom/bathroom on the entry level was perfect for my parents. We didn't have to worry about them using the staircase. Everything they needed was on the first floor. My granddaughter and great nieces loved the children's bedroom and TV room on the second floor. There was plenty of space for the whole family to hang out and relax. The house was beautiful and clean with every detail thoughtout. Cindi, the host, was very responsive and helpful. She checked in frequently to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again,

Beautiful House & Gracious Host

The house is filled with high-end appliances and comfortable furnishing! We had 8 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids under 2, was great for the entire family. The host was extremely helpful and always available, if needed. We will definately return for future stays!
