I cannot give this stay 5 stars due to several significant issues with arrival, maintenance, and host communication.Arriving at 9:00 PM was stressful—there were no visible house numbers and zero outdoor lighting. We spent 15 minutes in the dark trying to locate the entrance and reach someone for the entry code. For future guests, note that the house is located at the end of the dark driveway, accessible through a barely visible door on the right side via a dark, overgrown path. While the interior is generally nice and the location was pretty good due to its proximity to I-95, it falls short on several details and amenities:Outdoor Area: The patio area does not match the photos, largely due to rain damage and poor maintenance.Cleanliness: The inside is mostly clean, but the bathroom door is noticeably dirty with black marks along the sides.TV & Instructions: Not everyone is familiar with Roku TVs. Basic instructions should be provided, especially since you have to manually press the side TV Input button every time you turn it on.Broken Amenities & Unhelpful Service: The hairdryer did not work, and when I texted to report it, customer service was not helpful. The dishwasher did not work.Keypad Issues: The keypad battery died during our stay, forcing us to retrieve the physical key from the lockbox.Overall, while the location near I-95 is convenient, the lack of lighting, poor upkeep, broken amenities, and unhelpful support made for a disappointing experience.
