This is a delightful home in a quiet street in Black Mountain. It is wonderfully furnished with comfy beds and living areas, and the kitchen has everything needed for meal prep. The screened porch was a great place to relax in the afternoon before walking downtown for dinner. The location is perfect for walking access to downtown shops and restaurants, to Lake Tomahawk for a walk, or for a drop-in at 4 Sisters Bakery nearby. If driving is needed, access to I-40 is super convenient. Communication with the host was always prompt, and we appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out. It was a perfect place for a long Mother-Daughter weekend that will be a special memory for us for years to come.

The house is lovely (clean, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen) and would easily suit a family, or 2-3 couples, or several friends traveling together. We walked to the 4 Sisters Bakery every morning, and easily walked into Black Mountain for other meals and shopping and the farmers' market. We really only needed to get in the car to drive to favorite hiking trails in Montreat. We would highly recommend this property and Greybeard Rentals (who manages this property and many others in the area). We wish we were back there now!
