The property needs some maintenance. The toilet in the hall bathroom runs nonstop unless you jiggle the handle. The toilet seat in the other bathroom is worn out. Neither bathroom has covers on the faucets in the tub/showers. The property was clean and the location was excellent.

We own a unit in Edgewater and rented an extra unit for our kids for family vacation. This unit is an excellent unit. It was accommodating for both a family and a couple.

Great place!

Excellent view of the beach (enclosed) but still able to open doors to feel the sun. Our kids loved staying here and was great location! We saw lots of dolphins and enjoyed being only a few minutes away from shops and places to eat. Room was very clean and accommodated our stay very well.

Loved it!

Absolutely perfect location and the condo was perfect for what we needed!! We enjoyed our stay so much and the communication with the owner was helpful! We Will be booking another vacation here for next summer for sure!

Wonderful Stay

Great location. Very clean. Leasing agent was great in replacing missing coffee pot. We stayed twice this summer. FYI , does not have outside balcony.

Perfect!

We enjoyed our week so much! The place was exactly as described! Enough space for us four and the view!!! The communication was great and we will definitely be staying again here next summer! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

THE VIEW

The view as soon as you walk in the door is AMAZING!! The beach is not crowded and very relaxing ....and location is perfect.

This is a great location. This being a smaller complex made elevator use and parking very easy. The unit was clean and had a nice view but a few disappointments as well. The second bedroom houses beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc in the closet. The only problem is the mildew smell is quite strong and you certainly wouldn’t want to hang your clothes in there. We had to ensure the closet door remained shut. We also noticed the freezer was iced over and hard to open. We sent pictures to ensure the host knew about it immediately but it wasn’t serviced during our stay. We just used a cooler for our ice bags instead. The only other thing was that the toilet seat in the master is very worn and seems like an inexpensive replacement is needed. The bath fixtures as well. Otherwise, it served our purpose and provided a nice place to stay. Thank you.

Great Stay

This was our first stay ad Edgewater, it was a great location for our party, easy to get in and out of, location was near everything. Condo was set up perfectly, clean, and all needed amenities. Parking was easy and close. Working with Elite was great, we had an issue with Hot Water, but they were responsive and resolved quickly. We will stay here again.

We had a great weekend. The only complaint was that the tv was a bit confusing to operate!

Great location and met our needs. Unfortunately, there was a power outage and the elevator was out. It’s didn’t get repaired by the time we left. That was the only hiccup and Jessica, our contact was awesome and very quick to respond to the issues.

Gorgeous views and property

Let's start with the cleanliness because that is always very important. This condo was spotless! Everything from the very obvious to the less obvious was very clean. The property itself was also very well-tended to as well. The pool and lounge areas were very well cared for. We found nothing out of place during our stay and look forward to staying again. Guest services was very informative and sent the check in/check out info right on time, they even let us know that the condo was ready for check in an hour early which was appreciated. The location was wonderful, and we didn't drive far for anything. 10/10 stay, would definitely recommend!

Cozy and excellent location

Everything was perfect. From location (right on beach, close to restaurants and shopping and Walmart is a few miles away), pool was clean and usually empty, outdoor showers were helpful, to check in to place itself was easy. The traffic around the location is nutty at times and takes forever to go a few miles; however, no fault of the location itself. Place was described accurately, check in and out super easy, communication with management was easy when we had a slight issue with water (knobs were marked opposite and the water heater switch was off) and they easily and quickly addressed concerns and how to fix. Loved the master bedroom was separate from the kids room for a change! Big bathrooms and perfect size kitchen for a family of five. Big closets and clean and safe feeling area overall. Would stay again!
