Betty is an excellent host. She communicates clearly and quickly. We had internet trouble while we were there, and she was on it right away. The house is also very clean and cared for. A few things to note: We could have missed it on the description page, but this is a duplex and we didn’t know it when we booked. Also, there is not a dining table nor an ironing board/iron in the unit which was difficult for us because we stayed for two weeks. Other than that, we were very pleased. Thank you!

Super modern house, perfect for family! This unit has been refurbished and was a great alternative to being stuffed into a hotel room. We are a family of four (kids 11 and 13) and while the house is small, it was the perfect size for a long weekend with each kid having their own room. Check in was smooth and communication with the property manager was very easy and she was responsive with my questions within minutes. Highly recommend and we will stay again when visiting grandparents in the future.

Stayed here with my husband and sister in law. The place was very clean and seemed newly renovated. It was quiet and very comfortable. We enjoyed our visit. Just a couple of comments. There isn't any kind of dining table - just the 2 seats at the bar and the stairs to the 2nd floor were a little challenging for someone older and/or with limited mobility. For just a few days, it was fine and we would stay here again.

Perfect home for a business trip. Beats a hotel by far

Host was wonderful and clean home

The home was spotless, we loved having the washer and dryer and being able to have our pets. We saw deer several times. It was rainy and muddy and Betty was kind enough to allow us to extend our stay because the weather affected our plans. Thank you so much!

Thanksgiving visit

Let me start off by saying, “The host ( Betty ) is totally awesome, very responsive and communicative.”This place is a hidden gem . Very clean and well maintained. We absolutely had no problems with this place . I contacted Betty and told her my son wanted to join us for our stay since he’s in Cincinnati OH and she totally understood and agreed he could stay . Wait , she did something special and said no extra charge, which we were willing to pay . I can’t thank her enough for making this year’s Thanksgiving special for our family. Now let’s get back to the place itself. The beds are comfortable and everything was provided. We were able to cook our meals no problems, she provided enough of everything as far as toilet paper, trash bags , cooking utensils and towels for showering. The water was nice and hot in the shower which was important due to the temperatures outside were below freezing. The thermostat was set appropriately so once we arrived the house was already nice and warm. Very smart host ! Thank you ! If you’re going to the Chicago area but don’t want to be directly in the city this place is perfect. Its close to everything, about fifteen minutes to the airport with traffic. Thank you again Betty for everything and such a wonderful stay .

Spotless, comfortable, and great hosts!

This was a great rental! Everything is new and every detail is covered. Well stocked bath and kitchen with plenty of towels and paper products. The beds were really comfortable, and the smart tv with streaming already set .up was a bonus! Having a big yard for our dog was great, hosts were polite and quick to respond. I’d stay here again!

Perfect location outside of Chicago. We were visiting friends in nearby Hinsdale. Place is better than the photos. Easy check in process, great communication with host. Place is perfect, spotless and clean, seems brand new. Comfy beds. Keurig coffee was great. Would stay again. Highly recommend! !

Soo close for comfort

We stayed for a music festival at Seatgeek over the weekend and this place was perfect for our group, close and comfortable. Set back from the road and surrounded by trees, this place provided the peaceful rest we needed away from all the fantastic "peopleing" we indulged in!

Top notch appliances and made the most of limited space. Thought one bathroom would be a negative, but worked out fine. Located next to a preserve that is beautiful .
