The home is located just minutes from the walking trail along Lake Washington. The host was very communicative, responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great proximity to The Landing in Renton but also easy to get into Seattle when needed. House is clean and great option for a group of friends to meet up for a golf weekend.

Really a beautiful rental and location. The host was really amazing! We had a slight issue with check-in that she immediately fixed and went above and beyond to make right. I feel like that is the absolute best you can hope for in a host. Really a lovely space. Jacuzzi tub upstairs was super awesome.BTW, I found the listing to be a tiny bit confusing. The space actually has more rooms than it seemed on the listing (this may have been corrected by now but just in case):1 room downstairs two twins2 rooms mid level, one with queen, one with queen plus futon1 HUGE room upstairs, king did I mention the tub?

Family friendly home

We had 5 adults and 2 toddlers in the house and had plenty of room and bed options. Easy to get into Seattle and a very nice home and neighborhood. I highly recommend

Lovely spot for long term rental

We sold our house and needed a long term rental for our family in the same town. This house was perfect. It was in a lovely location close to the Lake and had everything we needed for the 2 months we were there. We felt very much at home. I can not say more wonderful things about Jackie who manages the rental. She was so repsonsive and helpful and I would stay here again anytime.

Weekend getaway

Excellent location and really great property! Lots of room for everyone to stretch out. The only feed back is that it would be nice for each room to have AC. But other than that it was excellent! I WILL book this property again! Thank you so much!

Beautiful home in a fantastic area

The home was beautiful and clean, with all the necessary cooking amenities. We enjoyed the barbecue grill on the deck, and the view of the water was breathtaking. The next day, we joined friends and family at the beach park within walking distance.Jackie is an excellent host. Due to some family's early arrival, she allowed us to check in three hours before the original check-in time.If you are planning a trip to Seattle, it's like having a home away from home. Great Location, Great Property Manager, House Showing its Age

First things first, Jackie the property manager could not have been more accommodating, communicative, or just plain awesome! She went out of her way for us and it was greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is great - safe, convenient, and quiet. The only reason this house doesn't get 5 stars is that it really needs a good scrubbing and some updates, especially for the price.
