I’ve alerted our housekeeping team so they’ll restock towels reliably and perform a more thorough check of floors, the screened porch, and dishware before guests arrive. We’re sorry you did not have the best experience we try to provide for each of our guests. We ask guests to report everything right away and you did call soon after your early arrival. Sonia was already aware of the towels and was in the process of getting them and remembers bringing you more than the standard amount. She also tracked down a ladder to be able to take care of all the light bulb replacements, too. When you called I had asked you to please let her know about anything else that needed attention. I thought everything was taken care of in the quickest possible manner but Sonia said she was not made aware of ants or mold in any vents. She did not see any evidence cleaning after your stay and the owners’ friends, family, and themselves have been there since, had not noticed anything amiss, and are now perplexed looking around and still not finding the problems you reported. We try to be responsive to our guests and have great confidence in our housekeeping staff. Sonia in particular always goes above and beyond as our housekeeping manager. We hope your next stay will go smoothly. If that is unfortunately not the case, please remember, we always ask guests to reach out for anything and we will do our best.
