To clarify a few things for future guests: The office requires a simple one page registration form per campground policy, and while I understand the timing felt inconvenient, it’s only required by the office 48hrs in advance. I will reach out to the front office regarding not being prepared with paperwork moving forward. As for the RV & outdoor space—this is a vintage 1989 Coachman that’s been thoughtfully renovated to maintain charm and function. The microwave works like a gem, if it's not broken, don't fix it. It’s still an RV, which means some quirks are inevitable, but I agree that things like the fridge drip (condensation due to extreme tempatures), outdoor sofa condition, and fire pit should have been in better shape. We try our best to keep all grills fire pits and lawn furniture covered. Strong winds often get the best of us. Backup propane tanks are provided for when one runs out. The guest would need to change them as they run out. The flood lights and cameras are for security, not surveillance, but I understand how that could affect the ambiance. We did discussed a solution for this. I’ll explore more guest-friendly alternatives moving forward. I appreciate your honesty. While this wasn't the stay you hoped for, your review helped highlight areas I can—and will—improve.
