Beautiful view of beach and sunset. Easy access to beach. Assigned parking which was a welcome surprise. We will stay again.

Beautiful location and resort the staff is amazing this unit needs to be completely refurbished worn carpet and furnishings lots and lots of wear and tear in site it was perfection 20 years ago but I'm order to qualify as an epic penthouse it 100% needs to be completely different there were also crumbs on floors and table furniture one chair is extremely gross the rest was just with our matters we're comfortable linens were good this is stocked like a hotel not a private rental bare minimum was really disappointing I've stayed in penthouses from North reddington to St Pete and this overall felt not like a top floor hotel room if this palace was as it should be it would be top tier.I struggled with how to review the place because the staff was truly top notch but I rely heavily on reviews when booking I just had to be honest Although it was cheaper than others I've rented prior I really want focused on price when booking maybe it was a clue lol It's about a mile and a half walk to the good restaurants and activities that you're looking for. It's literally on the sand, excellent proximity to the beach and there is a little tiki bar and coffee place and everything little breakfast spot within the resort itself. The grounds are beautiful and I can't say enough good things about the staff. Everything was perfection. It's just that this unit's furnishings and cleanliness and disrepair were disappointing and definitely not what we were expecting from an epic penthouse on the beach. I guess if that's what's needed I don't know
