Manteniamo un abbonamento al Marriott Resort che offre ai nostri ospiti la possibilità esclusiva di usufruire del centro fitness, lezioni di allenamento, campi da tennis / istruzioni. (Si applica la tassa di soggiorno - questo è facoltativo e può essere deciso all'arrivo). Siamo situati adiacente al Marriott Resort and Spa, che offre piscine aggiuntive, spiagge, ristoranti e la spa di 40.000 piedi quadrati che offre una vasta gamma di servizi di bellezza e coccole a non finire. Il porto turistico offre il noleggio di barche e altre imbarcazioni, un molo privato per la pesca e una lussuosa crociera con cena / brunch in yacht.

Il condominio è stato recentemente completamente rinnovato, compresi nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle, ripiani in granito, nuovi mobili da cucina, nuovi bagni, nuovi mobili per soggiorno, materassi ...

La cucina con nuovi elettrodomestici, nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice, nuovi armadi e nuovo piano di lavoro in granito è ben attrezzata per gli ospiti a lungo termine. Nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano in cucina.

L'unità contiene tutti i comfort di una casa, incluso l'accesso wireless ad alta velocità (gratuito).

La camera da letto principale (con letto king size e televisione) si affaccia sulla baia di San Carlos e conduce al lanai fronte ovest. Nuovo materasso kingsize installato nel 2016. Bagno privato con doppio lavabo e ampia cabina doccia con maniglioni.
Un sacco di armadio e spazio per un soggiorno confortevole. Nuova tv a schermo piatto nella camera matrimoniale.

La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale con armadio, televisione e ampio armadio e TV a schermo piatto

Il secondo bagno comprende una vasca / doccia, un grande bancone e un lavandino e un sacco di spazio.

Nuovo divano, divanetto e poltrona installati nel febbraio 2018. Il nuovo divano si estrae in un letto matrimoniale, aumentando la capacità di dormire a 6.

La terrazza Screen Lania con vista sulla baia di San Carlos comprende un tavolo da pranzo con altezza bar, un lettino e un ventilatore a soffitto.

The view is stunning as promised. It's a well-appointed condo in a quiet location. It is located on the last exit before the toll bridge to Sanibel Island, which provided us to easy access to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach and beaches north and south of Fort Myers.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation! This condo was very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed both the beach and the pool, neither of which was ever crowded. The sunsets were amazing!

Perfect Condo

Lori was an outstanding host and this condo is perfect in every way. There were two very minor problems upon checkin which were immediately addressed. Great location, beautiful sunsets, quiet location. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon

Splendid!!

The condo was perfect! Great views, nicely appointed rooms. Great amenities with Marriott right next door!! Close to Sanibel and Captiva. The only negative was we only booked 4 days. We should have booked a week!!!

Great place to stay. Great views from the 10th floor. Elevator down, 50 steps to a private beach to the right and 50 left to the pool and jacuzzi. Dolphins and Manatees near the shore line. The condo is exactly as described on the website. Very pleased

Spring Break Trip

We had great weather and a wonderful week. The area was hit by a huge Hurricane last year so there was some construction around the property. However we did not hear anything and the Condo was great. Very good location in Fort Meyers area.

So glad you found the condo to be great. We were fortunate not to suffer too much damage from the hurricane Ian and now some 18 months later fully recovered and have come away with a better & more beautiful property. Our last project, the pool, is to re-open this month with a brand new pool deck, furniture & pool house. I do hope to be able to welcome you back before long.

Great location, Beautiful view

Our flight got cancelled, so arrived much later than expected, but all the details provided to us prior to our arrival got us into our unit with no problems at all. The view from the screened in balcony was gorgeous, and the grounds of the resort were clean and well kept. Lots of traffic in the area, however we found it easy to get to our excursions like kayaking, fishing, and a sunset cruise with dolphins! We would stay here again!

Great view. Nice condo.

The condo was very nice and the view was great. Property management was very helpful and responsive. Only 4 stars due to problems with running toilets. Also restaurant on property had very slow service.

I am glad you enjoyed the view. The panaromic view from this height (10th floor) is special, especially at sunset. I am glad you found the property management company to be responsive. That is very important to me. We have worked together for years and they look after all 7 of my condos at Sanibel Harbour Resort. I am sorry that there was an issue with a running toilet. I understand that my management company did response and suspected a piece of sediment stuck in the fill valve may have come loose but it resolved itself. No previous issues but they have made a note to continue to check this week while the condo is empty to ensure the issue is resolved. I do hope to welcome you back to unit 1034 and it's panaromic views. Thank you for the feedback.

Lovely condo with an amazing view and great location!

We had an excellent stay in this lovely condo! Beautiful, bright and airy space, nicely appointed with ample linens and lots of useful kitchen equipment. The condo was spotless and the view is exceptional! It is in a unique location that is quiet yet near a Marriot hotel which comes in handy for dinner or drinks out. It is hidden away from traffic, crowds and noise, yet just minutes from all the shopping, beaches and restaurants that the area offers. We have already recommended this condo to others and intend to rent there again when back in the area.

Stunning Sunset Escape

Facing the beautiful bay and amazing sunsets, this condo exceeded expectations. Host was exceptionally helpful, kitchen is very well stocked, rooms are large and comfortable. The beach below is well maintained and never crowded. We enjoyed hours working virtually from the lanai overlooking the water. The pool was still closed due to hurricane damage but the owner communicated that to us upon booking.

Beautiful scene from balcony with a "cruise" type feeling!

Everything was just as it was advertised! It was clean, quiet, and roomy! The property surrounding the condo was lush and reminded us of being on a tropical island. We used the pool every day because it was so peaceful listening to the water wash up against the shore that was only 20 feet away from where we lay. It was a very restful vacation, just what the doctor ordered, lol! We will hopefully return in the near future. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo. =D

Property was just as advertised. The condo and property were very clean and well maintained. Wonderful ocean front views and sunsets from the large open great room. The pool area was nice and looked like it was recently installed. This was the perfect quiet condo for us. Parking was FREE at this condo. Excellent communication from the owner. An improvement recommendation is for a larger tv to be installed in the very large great room (this didn’t really affect our trip but a larger tv would have fit the room better- the owner photos accurately shows the tv size that is in the condo.) We moved the furniture to get closer to the tv and that worked for us. This condo is right next to the Marriott Sanibel Harbor Resort and Spa. We were able to walk over and enjoy the restaurants at the resort.We were able to get on Sanibel Island very easily and quickly from this condo.

The property was amazing, just as advertised....clean, well decorated and very quiet.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The balcony was wonderful. We spent mornings reading and having coffee on the balcony and evenings enjoying the sunset. The views were amazing. The condo provided easy access to Sanibel Island, restaurants and nearby shopping. I look forward to staying there in the future. The host provided all relevant information concerning parking, access etc well in advance of our arrival and followed up to ensure the accommodations were satisfactory. It's a five star!

Wonderful place with complete views. Easy access to all the beaches around. The pool was disappointing due to the fact you can’t enjoy it past dusk. The condo was clean, and well stocked with everything needed.

So much so that we now have 3 condos in the building including a 3bedroom/3bathroom unit and 3 condos in the adjacent building (Harbour Tower)
