Kelsey did an amazing job making our stay incredible! She went above and beyond by having snacks, cookies and chocolates on each of the beds. We will definitely be booking again next year and would recommend friends and family to stay there.

The host was so thoughtful and helpful. They provided goodies upon arrival and even brought over homemade breakfast one morning. This care for our experience was also evident in the space itself. You can tell that the host put in a lot of thought for our comfort and happiness. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality supplies, which is rare. The location was also perfect. Almost every window looked out over Deer Creek, which was running strong this time of year. There are several small decks that look out over the creek as well. Downtown Nevada city is a very short walk. Overall this was an amazing place to stay and we’re already planning our return trip in the summer.

We spent a week at this property with our family of five adults and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The home was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed giving everyone comfortable space to relax and enjoy the stay together.My favorite part of each day was coffee on one of the two decks, watching the sunrise while listening to Deer Creek flowing below. Such a peaceful way to start the morning.The location couldn’t have been better. Downtown Nevada City was an easy 5 minute walk away, giving us access to great restaurants, historical sites, and Hot Summer Nights without ever needing a car.Kelsey was an excellent host. Communication was easy and she responded quickly to any questions or needs that came up during our stay.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience Nevada City. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The residence is unique and warm, with chandeliers in every room. It’s located in walking distance to downtown Nevada City. The hosts were communicative and helpful.
