Friends Weekend

The stay was just what we needed. Close to the golf courses, in town shopping centers. The house had everything we needed to have a fun time!

Weekend trip

A group of us stayed at the cabin for a guy’s weekend. The house was great and very clean. Quiet area and exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was super quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Bachelorette Weekend

This home was beautiful. The pictures online do not do it justice. We were here for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend and this house was great. It had everything we needed for a terrific weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is new. It was cleaned very well. Kids loved the game room in the lower level.

Our family great a great time. The house was spacious and cozy, and a lot of things to do near by. Along with seeing black bear several times ok n the property. The kids thought that was cool.

Great house

This house was very clean and well supplied with sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, hand soap, etc. Easy communication with the owner. It has a fun game room and is very close to Big Boulder. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house

This house is beautiful! The hot tub, the deck to have morning coffee and the game room was just what our group needed! The smell of the new wood upstairs and down stairs was wonderful! This house is new and the beds were very comfortable! Glad we picked this house!

Friends getaway weekend

My friends and I go away offend and this was our 10th trip to the Poconos. We all agreed this was the best property we ever had. We are already planning our next visit. You want clean and exactly what pictures show then this property is for you.

Large home with a backyard full of trees

We invited our entire team at our company to enjoy this home and everyone had a wonderful time relaxing at the Chalet after spending the day at Montage Montain! The property manager was attentive and communicative throughout our stay. The amenities were nice and the home was very clean. They provided towels and coffee which was unexpected. Highly recommend this home!

Great Family Reunion

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Host was very responsive. Clean, lots of sleeping space and hang out space. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The listing says to bring your own towels and toiletries but there actually was towels, and soaps and toilet paper in the house, so we didnt need to buy as much as we did. The lake and playground are a 2 minute drive and great for kids. We really enjoyed it here

30th Birthday

I spent my 30th Birthday here with some friends and It was exquisite! Everyone had so much fun and although it rained the pool table, shuffle board, and poker table kept us all busy for hours. The space was clean and newly renovated with a fully stocked spice cabinet (which is truly helpful when cooking for large group). Would 100% stay at this property again, my friends are still raving about it!

Amazing !

Had an amazing trip. House was brand new, spotless and ideal for all ages. The only issue we had was the nearby Lake that we had been supplied with wristbands for was contaminated, so we were u able to stay there . However we were able to find other State Parks about 20-30 min away with great hiking . Great restaurants as well, all about 20 min away as well . DD, Ahart Supermarket and Wawa all nearby. Highly recommend this house!

Great experience! 1000/10 recommend!

This home was amazing to say the least! So much space, the game was the guys favorite. It felt like our very own man cave. The rooms were extremely comfortable and fit all 12 of us easily. The owners were easily accessible and friendly, even let us check in earlier and when we checked out a few of use left our coats by accident and they had no problem letting us go skiing and come back to get them without a problem. 10000/10 highly recommend!

Great Place.

The place was cookie cutterish, but overall very nice. Which mainly has to do with the fact it’s so new. It could use at least one more bathroom, if not two. If you take away the master bath, you’re left with two communal bathrooms for 6 bedrooms, potentially 16-18 people. The shuffleboard table is unplayable as well.

Exceeded Our Expectations

The home was lovely - even better than the pictures. The host and property manager responded promptly to all our questions and provided useful and well-timed emails with check-in and check-out information. We made good use of the downstairs gaming tables, the kitchen, and grille. And a few folks even took a dip in the hot tub. Everything worked well, was very clean, tidy and inviting. Don't forget to bring washcloths if you use them, and larger towels - otherwise everything you could need is right here and moments away from lots to do in the poconos!

Excellent Weekend at this new home

We had a group of 12 friends go and spend the weekend at this house. Between the nice game room set up, outdoor deck, hot tub, and fire pit everything was as advertised and exceeded our expectations. With 12 people there was still plenty of room for everyone to hang out and relax while also being able to be entertained by all the great features of this home. David, the manager was very thorough in making our stay aa stress free as possible and was always quickly answering any questions I had. From staying at other places using these booking services, he was by far the best with communication and accommodations. Thanks to him and this great house it really helped our group really enjoy our weekend in the Poconos. I will definitely be looking to stay here again for any future trips to the Poconos!

Very clean, beautiful home. Never received check in info with code to door. I had to call number on VRBO app and was told property manager would be in contact, however I was never contacted. Person on phone was able to get us into home though. Light above pool table does not work. Bears broke lock to trash can during our stay. The plug to the upstairs tub to be able to take a bath did not work. Overall good experience

The house is very nice. Clean, cozy, comfortable beds and well equipped with house supplies. Your stay willbe pleasant in that aspect. Cons: 1. The check in is so chaotic!! A small little office with many people trying to check in and get their entry passes to the properties as well. You have to give your entire life story…age, date of birth, plate number, year, make, model of your car. Upon arrival..photo ID and a copy of your registration. There are limited vehicle spaces available no matter how many people are in your party. The rules and control are so excessive. 2. The cooling system in the home is strange and everyone in the hse with about 7 cooling units must have the same temperature set for them to work properly. 3. We had to take out garbage (which was fine) but pulling the cans to the curb if you’re there for pick up day, bringing cans back, starting laundry (after being charged cleaning fees) was all aggravating. If you can deal with the challenges of an estate property, the house is great!!!!

Celebrated 2 bachelor parties and we had blast! The house had plenty of room and beds. Ara was very flexible and responded right away when I had any questions. Would definitely recommend! 👍
