Excellent lakefront property with dock. This house is excellent for couples. It is a private house with a short walk to a peivate dock. We visited in September. The lake was down substantially but there was sufficient water at the dock to use our boat. The house is located in a private rural area, but is proximate to several restaurants and grocery stores. There is a boat ramp that is only a couple of miles away. Highly recommended and we will stay again.

We loved our visit and will definitely return. The location was perfect,close to everything and in a quiet residential area. The home was decorated beautiful and we had all of the comforts of home.

Debbie was a great host and replies back quick. The house is very cute and the lake access awesome. My husband and I had a great Mother's Day, I would definitely come back!!

The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was conveniently located near a boat ramp for our launching our boat. It was also a plus that the town of Hartwell was so close. We enjoyed using the barbecue and eating out on the deck. Would highly recommend the place and would book again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was equipped with everything we possibly could need. We enjoyed the lake and watching deer from the deck. Debbie, our host, was wonderful. During our stay, the TV decided to die!. We texted Debbie at 11:30 in the morning and at 4:30 in the afternoon we had a new 55" Roku TV installed and running.5 Stars all the way!

We had a very nice stay at this cozy home. It was perfect for the 2 of us for a few days whole we fished on Lake Hartwell. Everything was just as it was described and all was comfortable.

Cozy cabin for Christmas!

This property was perfect for staying near family during Christmas break. It was super cozy, beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need! Only 7 min from downtown Hartwell. Would love to stay here again!

The kitchen was fully equiped with a full size refigerator, knives wee a little dull but usable. Easy access to walk to the lake and nice large dock. Very quite this time of year, water was a little cold but that didn't stop us from enjoying the lake!

Wonderful stay. This is the first time I've seen a rental so well stocked. Everything was great from a nice fire in the fireplace to the tranquility of place. Is the house for sale? Just kidding . This is how much we enjoyed it.

Debbie’s home was very cozy especially with a real fire. She answered immediately when I text her and was very sweet and kind. The home was very clean and had lots of kitchen appliances and utensils. We loved it there and will definitely stay again. Thank you Debbie ;)

Nice place. Perfect for two people. Very clean. Loved the fireplace. Dock access is farther than I expected. Summer time would be tough trekking coolers, chairs and fishing gear back and forth, but was perfect for New Year’s.

Very comfortable. Well stocked for all your needs. Only minor challenge was bedroom wall plugs did not want to hold charger blocks. Will use again when I come for visits.

We were in town for a game at Clemson & wanted a retreat for a weekend getaway and this place was perfect! The home was on the lake and very cozy. I loved the pieces the owners have in there-it’s interesting to see unique pieces of art & antique pieces. I would definitely recommend this gem! In the summer we hope to go back & rent a boat Owners answered all questions timely & left a book with restaurants & things to do. Price was super reasonable. Thank you for a little piece of Heaven

The host was excellent got back to us quickly with questions. The only negatives were the lake was farther than expected from the house and a little steep to get there. Also we unfortunately had an afternoon of rain so decided to do a movie day. The living room furniture is very pretty but not very comfortable to try and watch a movie as there's only a couch with a small ottomen and the other 2 chairs are formal straight wing back chairs. The house did however have all the necessary items you would need to cook a meal, showers were clean and had shampoo/conditioner and soap provided with fresh towels. The town is very close with lots of great food options. We ate at the Boathouse, it was very affordable with great food, live music and views of the lake. The house is set off the road on a very quiet block, met a few of the neighbors who were very friendly as well.
