I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it caused — especially given that it was for such an important occasion. I completely understand how upsetting it must have been to have your plans disrupted so close to check-in, particularly with your son's birthday at stake. While identity verification is handled through Airbnb’s system and not something we control directly as hosts, I sincerely regret the way things unfolded and the impact it had on your special day. I appreciate you taking the time to share what happened, and I will be sure to pass this feedback along so it can be taken seriously by the platform. Wishing you and your family the very best moving forward, and again, I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re delighted to hear that overall you had a fantastic experience and that the home was the perfect size for making special family memories. We truly value your comments about the pool scheduling, and we’ll make sure to improve on this moving forward. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!
