Raul and Carmen are so accommodating and kind. They made us feel like family! The apartment is lovely and in such a convenient location. The outside terrace is a haven of beauty with beautiful plants and a welcoming neighborhood vibe. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great apartment in a nice area of Barcelona. Well equipped and with a lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy breakfast or cocktails.The host Raul was excellent. Communicated well throughout and spent time with us at check in to talk about the area, suggest areas to visit and recommend local places.

Our stay here in Barcelona was perfect. Raul picked us up from the airport and drove us around the city for a quick tour before helping us get settled in the apartment. He took time to provide us with key shopping, eating, and sight seeing points near the apartment. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. He even realized it was our birthday and got us a birthday cake. I will always stay here in Barcelona.

Can't rate this property high enough. We travel extensively and this was by far our greatest experience renting a property. Raul met us at airport and then on the way to apartment gave us a tour of the neighbourhood and surroundings to give us an orientation of the area.Upon arrival at the apartment , it was stocked with provisions for the start of our holiday. Nothing was a problem with Raul, checking to see if everything was ok. Even on the day of leaving Raul was there to make sure our ride to airport was on time.The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The Rooftop terrace was an added bonus that we used everyday. Excellent location with grocery stores nearby.

We had the most wonderful stay in Barcelona during our trip. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What really made the experience special was our host — Raul went above and beyond by picking us up from the airport, which made arriving after an early flight so much easier.The place had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Shops, cafés, and transport were all close by, so getting around was simple. This was my first visit to Barcelona and I absolutely loved it. The culture, the architecture, the art, the vibe, all amazing. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a great base for our time together in Barcelona. We’d happily return.Places to visit: La Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, Magic Fountain, Guell Park, the beach, Gothic quarter and so much more!!

Raul was the ultimate host. He picked us up at the airport, gave us a quick tour of the city, marked up a map to show us what to do, where to go for activities, where to eat, and at the end of our stay took us to the train station. His friendliness and enthusiasm about Barcelona was infectious. He had a very nice welcoming basket when we arrived at the apartment. Everything was very clean, and the apartment was well appointed. Nothing was ever a problem. We will be back!

April 1-11We had a wonderful time in Barcelona due in large part by having this wonderful apartment to return to. It always felt like coming home. We would definitely recommend Raul and this apartment if you are planning to visit the area. You can walk to many attractions, always felt safe. It was wonderful. Big thank you to Raul for taking such good care of us!

11 out of 10! Raul picked us up from the airport and gave us a cool tour of Mont Juic on the way to the apartment. It is close to public transportation, restaurants and attractions. Everything in the apartment worked great, and it was nice having the elevator. Raul checked in with us several times during our stay and was very knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Raul and this apartment!

Our stay was great, and started out well with a warm welcome from Raul and fruit/wine basket in room. The location is very convenient and we took the subway and walked everywhere. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed. We would stay there again!

Comfortable quiet apartment

We were very happy with our five days in this very nice apartment in a great location. The owners were very helpful and included a pick up from the airport. There was everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment was very clean and exactly as listed. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable. It was close to public transportation and many bakeries/restaurants. I loved that there were two bedrooms! Raul was super sweet and helpful. He went above and beyond with recommendations and even picked us up from the airport! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience with our stay in Barcelona! As other commenters have mentioned, Raul could not have been a more friendly and helpful host, which included going above and beyond by transporting us to and from the airport. The apartment was great and had all the amenities anyone could ask for and more.
