This was our second time renting out this vrbo and had a great time. There were a few things around the house that didn’t work properly which we were a little bummed about but other than that the house was very accommodating. Right in the village, walking distance to everything, and beautiful views. We hope to come visit again soon

This has a beautiful Viking appliance kitchen and the property is very very close to the beach area. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. I would say there is a decent size parking spot inside the garage, but on the driveway, it’s really just for a compact car so be aware if you’re counting on that… otherwise, your nose sticks out into the (not too busy but still very tight) street. High-end appliances, easy check-in, and check-out. Main reason for four stars instead of five was just the price was very high, but maybe that’s the norm for that location!! I would stay there again as long as I had the money :)

One minute walk to the beach

We would definitely stay here again as the location is next to the beach and everything. Great to come here for a weekend getaway.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Capitola. It is in a fabulous location. My son and DIL and our three grand children had a wonderful time here.The host is exceptional at communication and the home is extremely well provisioned. Checkout was a breeze. We highly recommend this VRBO!

amazing location! My family of 5 plus my 2 parents stayed for the 4th of July. House was very clean and our stay was amazing. Would definitely book again.

The home is well located and well appointed with comfortable furnishings, a garage, and a small yard.We enjoyed the hot tub too. Right downtown, walkable to everything including Capitola beach. We would stay there again.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Well thought out floor plan, good quality appliances, dishes, utensils everything you need for a family of 6. We treated our son & 3 grandchildren for their Spring break. The location was great so the kids could walk to the beach and arcades. We loved being together in the evening watching movies and in the jacuzzi. We will definitely be back.

We got to spend a couple days at this wonderful house in the perfect location. Plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We will definitely come back to this house.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect to walk around the village. It was very clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Having good coffee there was a very nice surprise. Thanks for a great family experience!

Location Location Location!

This stunning property is literally steps from Capitola village and a few minutes walk to the beach. I brought my daughter and her friends here for a special bday celebration and the space was perfect! Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, modern design. Really well cared for property. The hot tub was a bonus! We'll be back!

The kitchen had almost everything we needed! A big frying pan would have been very useful!The house was VERY clean and had good space. The only issue we had was the two queen beds which were very uncomfortable. Everything else was great!!!!

Perfect!

This home was just perfect for our family. Our group included my husband and I and our 4 grown children and our 1.5 year old granddaughter. The bedrooms were ideal for our group. We were visiting for a Celebration of Life for our sister, in Santa Cruz. This home allowed us to gather for meals as a family. So much better than a hotel. The beautifully appointed kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. We had some of our local family for dinner and they were so impressed with the home. Highly recommend. Super location to walk to so much in Capitola.

Had the best stay!

We had stayed at this location for a week for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! The house is only a few feet away from the capitola village. We would always walk around the village and the house was so cozy and just perfect location. My husband and I would say the only thing we would want to tell other guests is that we have a large SUV and the garage was too small to fit our vehicle into. It did fit in the driveway but if you plan on driving your larger car you may have to use the parking pass they give to go to the parking lot up the street. Other than that this location was amazing and plan on renting here again in the future.
