Godetevi le ultra chic Arredamento in questo ampio soggiorno con camino in pietra personalizzati o rilassarvi guardando i cigni che nuotano dalla veranda. La casa dispone di due Master Suite su piani separati, una camera da letto per gli ospiti e una sala multimediale convertibile che serve come quarta camera da letto e tre e mezzo mozzafiato bagni personalizzati. La cucina è attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici vichinghi e smerigliatrice bianco di Carrara contatori di marmo. Lovely Getaway

When we arrived, we were so excited to explore the house and property! The house was so clean and ready for our arrival. Owner is easy to work with.

I was so excited to come to the Hamptons for the first time from London and this vacation was special. The owner is a pleasure and gave us great recommendations. This house was very well-appointed. Cheers!

do not rent this house

We show up at the house and there is no one to let us in. We were unaware that the house would not have towels or plates or many of the items that you need to make your trip enjoyable. The house was poorly designed. For instance the bathtub could not be filled up with hot water. It was a deep tub. When I asked the owner how to fill it up, she replied that fill it until the water gets luke warm , wait 20 minutes (the hot water regenerates) and then continue to fill it up. Downstairs, which they claim has a bedroom and entertainment room, is a basement with another room with a tv on the wall. The bay access does not exist. Not only do you have to walk on someone else's property, but on our walk to the bay we ended up with about 6 ticks on our bodies. The walk way is infested with ticks. The property is in the middle of nowhere and takes 15 minutes if you are lucky to get to town and 20-245 minutes to the beach. However, the worst part of renting the house is the owner. Not only is she non responsive, but she will find a reason to keep your deposit. Not only did we keep the place immaculate, but we paid for her housekeeper. She ended up keeping our entire deposit. She never sent us pictures or any proof of the items that she claimed were not the way they were given. Since we had rented the house for below what she was asking she felt that she was entitled to the deposit. when we tried to communicate with her she was unresponsive and uncooperative. We have rented a house for the last 10 summers and this was our first bad experience. The whole experience was a nightmare and I strongly recommend to steer clear of this home owner.

My house is 3M (as displayed on the map) from the Village of East Hampton & Main Beach, several Bay Beaches are even closer. Designed on 3 levels with 2 Master Suites, Guest bedroom, entire lower level including media room, wine bar, extra full size bed, 2nd washer/dryer & separate entrance. My kitchen is all Viking & is stocked with many extras including Sabre tableware from Paris. As Pink is a beautiful color for glitter glue... it is not when found on designer furniture, bedding & towels by unsupervised princess's left to their own artistic whims. I always new that my home is inspiring but this is not the proper creative outlet for little girls. After I provided u the opportunity to cure the significant damages you cavalierly dismissed all damages as "ordinary wear". This unfortunately (for the first time in 30 years) left me no other recourse but to keep your security deposit, even though it only covered a very small percentage of the damages. As with all of my tenants I am very responsive. It was only when I declined your request to extend your stay that discord occurred. As the designer of this 2 year project I delight in the consistent Decor & Design compliments from tenants, brokers, fellow designers, and even a request from a top NYC Fashion House for a shoot/fashion show location. This Designer Beauty has been the choice of several music & fashion celebrities as their Perfect Hampton Retreat!

East Hampton Gem

Our family spent an idyllic week at this spectacular property. The home is beautiful, pristine and every inch has been thoughtfully designed. It is sumptuous and extremely comfortable. That, along with the lovely grounds, pool and water view, made it the tranquil respite we needed. The We also enjoyed the proximity to town and the beach. Hands down, the best rental we've ever had. No question, we'll be back.

PERFECT Hampton Getaway

This House Has it ALL! Amazing Decor, Spectacular Water View & 2 minutes to to East Hampton Village & Beach. Liza was very friendly & informative, telling us all the attractions and highlights that the Hamptons has to offer. Her charm & personality matched the house, we didn't want Liza to leave!

Magnificence & More!

My Husband, Daughter & I saw this Super Designer Home & were immediately sold! We had no idea that when we arrived it would exceed our expectations. The Home was Immaculate,the Grounds were Meticulously Cared for & the pink roses were blooming all over the deck. The house had absolutely everything we needed. It is just a few minutes to Town & the Ocean. Liza could not have been more helpful. We can't wait to book an entire 2 week vacation! Thanks so much Liza!

Designer Delight in East Hampton!

We could not wait to start our Hampton Vacation when we booked Liza's Amazing Designer home for Memorial Day Weekend. It is even more Stunning in person than in the pictures. When we arrived we found the home Immaculate inside & outside. It had absolutely everything we needed to make our family comfortable & happy. The only problem was that our family did not want to leave! Liza was extremely helpful and made everything very easy start to finish. We highly recommend this property to anyone that will appreciate all the beautiful details. If you are ready to stay in a picture perfect Hampton Retreat that is very private yet super convenient to the Village & Ocean this is the one for you!

LOVE LOVE LOVE

This was our first trip to The Hamptons and we were blown away!! Liza was an absolute delight from start to finish!! The home is beautiful.. In a lovely street, close to the town centre. It's is styled to perfection with everything you could possibly need. The view is stunning! We were travelling as a group of 4 and we can not recommend Liza and her property more so warm and helpful!! We are so appreciative for all she did for us!!! Thanks again!!

Perfect Family Vacation!

My husband, daughter and I wanted a vacation before she went to summer camp. This house was absolutely perfect in every way. The home was in a great location, very close to Village of East Hampton and Main Beach. It is at the end of a quiet neighborhood that was so safe for my daughter to ride her bike, while I had my coffee relaxing in the glider watching the boats & swans in the Harbor. The property has plenty of grassy areas for activities in addition to the spectacular waterfall pool and spa. The incredible attention to detail that is in the design of this house is even nicer than the pictures. We loved that there was not only big screen T.V.'s, Blue Rays and Netflix in every room but also the media room is on another floor which was super cool for her when she had friends over. My family and I had a great experience with the owner Liza as she was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to another week or two as soon as we can!

Romantic Dream Getaway!

I can't say enough about this Gorgeous House in East Hampton. Everything is brand new & super chic (even the silverware is from Paris). My Fiancé and I came from London to NYC & wanted to experience the Hamptons. The house was an amazing retreat, so peaceful & especially romantic at night on the deck with the moonlight on the water. The fire pit was great. The row of hydrangea trees were in bloom & just stunning around the pool. Liza was super helpful in every way! Fabulous Experience. Looking forward to our next visit.

Show Stopping Water View

My husband & I wanted a quick romantic getaway from the city. We were blown away by the ultra chic decor & unique design elements everywhere.The house was immaculate. The water view was stunning at sunrise, sunset & even the moon reflecting off the water when we were hanging out by the fire pit. We really felt like we were secluded but the house is just a few minutes from the Village of East Hampton. We will definitely be back!
