Great location, Gated community! Charles is a great host, warm hospitality, patience and prompt communication made everything run smoothly! We spent a great time there!

Nice get away

The house was clean and perfect sized for the family, the stay was comfortable and the host was very accommodating and responsive!

Perfect Stay! Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the essentials. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic rental.

Amazing Aventura home!

Our stay was an incredible, we stayed over a week and we had an amazing experience. The owner provided us everything we needed and communication was very good. We had a few questions along the way

Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the property. The home was well stocked, well equipped, had a beautiful view, and offered plenty to do without even leaving the house. It’s a beautiful property and we enjoyed our time there for Miami F1 weekend.There were just a few areas that could be improved. We paid an extra 200 for early check-in, but upon arrival the door code did not work. Fortunately, the owner responded to our message and was able to unlock the property remotely.We also paid the extra money for additional cleaning services, though there were still cleaning supplies left out when we arrived. In addition, there appeared to have been recent fumigation, as we found a dead palmetto bug in the living room and another dying one in the primary bedroom.Lastly, the towels and washcloths could use refreshing or replacement. They are beginning to show their age and don’t quite match the quality and price point of such an otherwise beautiful property.That said, we truly did enjoy our stay overall and appreciated the amenities, comfort, and location.

We’re glad you enjoyed the house and the lakefront views for the F1 weekend. It was good that we could get the door unlocked for you right away when the code acted up. Regarding the bugs, being right on the lake in a subtropical climate like Florida makes those a common reality, but we’re glad the recent service is doing its job. We’ve already gone ahead and replaced the towels and made sure the cleaning supplies were put away. Thanks for the heads up and for staying with us!
