Clean and neat house, very cute, good location, loved that the property was gated. Easy check in, easy to reach someone by phone when I needed it. The pillows were not comfortable at all. Not sure how the home is listed as being able to sleep 6 because what’s supposed to be a pull out is not really and is stiff and small. One of our kids had to cram with us on the bed. Thank you!

It is a Cozy home. The pullout couch in the living room wasnt very comfortable but everything else was great. The outdoor patio was nice but I would recommend trimming the bush next to the driveway, it is thorny and in the way of the vehicle and passengers.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the outdoor patio. We apologize for the discomfort with the pullout couch and will address it. We'll also look into trimming the bush near the driveway. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

Lots of misses on this one. Cannot recommend this property. It was just me husband and my toddlers. the beds are only enough 3 adults.1) The property check-in did not work inspite of calling and confirming the check-in code multiple times with the management company. They changed the code and you have to give them a call everytime. I had asked about early check-in which they try to charge you hefty for - but they never did anything about how I was not even able to get into the property due to them changing code / giving wrong information and wasting my time on the property. 2) They do not respond to any messages on the VRBO platform. I had to call VRBO who then connected me to the property. When I asked them about this they said, they only use VRBO for messaging. This is some generic property management company and their calls go someone of out state. 3 transfers later, I was connected to the property management office in Texas. The whole thing is bizzare3. The fridge did not work right after I checked-in and let them know within 30 mins of checking in. They said they will send someone - who did not arrive for the 2 days that I as living there.The location is really good and the property is okay. If I had to change something, I'd change the Ryson property management company as they do not know what they are doing.Oh did I mention they kept on texting that the elevators aren't working on the property when this was another property and I wasn't even related to it.

Yes, but we did not bring our pets. As for the pool, we went to the Gulf. It was three blocks away. Great place that is located in the center of all activity with peace and quiet at night for rest
