The stay was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Access to beach was good. The only issue we had was the difficulty with trying to get into room via keypad for the first few days. But overall I recommend the condo to anyone.

We could see the beach / ocean from the balcony/ deck. Walmart is right down the street. Souvenir city is next door.

The only issue was pest control came with no notice but we saw them from the pool and hurried up to the room because we had several valuables in the condo.

Room was very clean, a few minor maintenance issues that were reported. The beds are very hard & uncomfortable. I would suggest putting foam mattresses toppers on them.

Good space, love the two bathrooms. The balcony could use some new furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. A pantry would have been nice just because we brought a lot of our own food. Comfortable beds-lots of bedding and towels. Plenty of pillows. Communication with beach ball properties was very good. Almost instant replies. We did have issues with the door lock. We also had issues with the washer but it did end up working. Location is excellent! Liked the shower outside to rinse off feet after the beach. We liked that we had parking and trash bins close. Eating area was a bit small for 7 people and the weather was hot so we weren’t able to eat outside (and furniture wasn’t great out there). Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Proximity to beach is what made it so great. Loved seeing the ocean out the window. Also in a good location for food and shopping in Orange beach. I would recommend to anyone—but a few improvements would make it even more enjoyable.

Wonderful Time

Location was wonderful, one minute to the beach. Power outage and elevator outage for repairs was very inconvenient, especially with my 89 year old mother who uses a walker. It would have been nice to have known these repairs would be happening when we made the reservations. We had an issue with our door battery going out, maintenance was there in 10 minutes. Staff at Beachball were always very friendly and professional. Despite power and elevator issues, we would certainly stay there again.
