Beautiful setting and clean and updated home. Caught bream for a meal and a big catfish and a huge bass. Huge dock and enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place all around, very clean, friendly neighbors, boat ramp right there, had everything we need, and great communication with management of property. Recommend to anyone that wants to get away.

Perfect stay.

This place was absolutely beautiful, exactly as pictured! Great place for rest and relaxation. Easy launch for our boat right at the property. We hope to go again.

Awesome Location on River

Had the best trip around mid June. The rental was exactly as pictured and the one time I needed something addressed, it was taken care of right away. The location on the river, can’t be beat. Very nice, long dock, we loved just hanging out by the water, right there. So many alligators to view. We would definitely book this rental again if staying in the area again.

The interior of the house was very nice. Great new appliances, sinks, toilets, countertop, washer and dryer, etc. Nice patio and dock. Didn't catch anything, but was very relaxing and if one catches fish, it's all set up to clean it. It's very quiet. The water pressure wasn't ideal. The only minor thing was that there weren't any dishwasher pods, so I had to wash everything by hand. And the silverware was pretty dirty as well as the organizer. And the bottom of the trash can too.

The owner was very rude replying to me about a situation. I paid a cleaning fee, and I cleaned above and beyond what was expected. I was unaware that my dog peed on the floor and desk. I would have cleaned it also. She did not have to be rude. I apologized and paid an additional fee. She claimed damages that only needed cleaning . The water from the shower smelled like rotten eggs. The rugs in the living room and bedroom were nasty. She accused me of not disclosing that I was bringing animals, but I referred her to the email that stated she approved my ESA three months prior to the stay.

Guest was very disrespectful when I mentioned that if she had a service dog was not supposed to be left alone and all our furniture in the master bedroom was full of urine so therefore charged her with the pet fee that she was avoiding starting it was a service dog and it wasn’t so very disappointing of her lies

Slice Of Heaven

This little gem sits right in the St. John’s River. Home is at the end of road. No traffic. No distractions. Private! The fishing was top notch. Communication with property manager was seamless. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Old Florida Charm

If you’re looking for a place to go that reminds you of “Old Florida”, look no further! This property is loaded with huge moss covered canopied oak trees right on The St Johns River. You feel like you have literally escaped to serenity. The home is immaculate and has all of the amenities you need. Deborah was wonderful. We ended up needing to leave early due to the impending hurricane (Milton) but we will definitely come back and recommend to friends & family.
