We felt right in home in this cute little house! Perfect for 4! Clean and had everything we needed! The hot tub was also very clean. The shaded backyard was so secluded and peaceful. The host was so nice and quick to communicate with us!

Really cute 2 bed/2 bath, great fenced backyard, and hot tub was a great option! Walking distance to town and parks, which we loved. The neighbors are so friendly. Kitchen is small and stocked with basics - plates, cups, etc—but bring seasonings, pans, S/P if you plan to cook (we didn’t, plenty of options for restaurants downtown/walking distance). Would love to stay here next time we are in Granbury.

Wonderful

We truly loved staying here and would have extended our stay for the rest of week if it would have been available! Location is fabulous, we walked to lunch or dinner every day and to the water and shopping. Quiet at night and very lovely.

Towels were dingy. Grill on top of the stove was greasy.Firepit area chairs had bird poop and area needed cleaning.Only one tv in house. Couldn’t tell if sheets were clean or old. One bedroom the sheets weren’t tucked in under mattress .Lawn was not pretty and green as photos showed. Hot tub was great. House itself was nice.

Our family had a great weekend stay at the Granbury Grove! It is in a perfect location, we walked into town (kids scootered and biked) both mornings for breakfast and coffee. We had fun playing games in the backyard and the beds were very comfortable! More than enough space for our family of 4 with all that we would need to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Dawn is very responsive and gave great recommendations. As we were packing up to leave our daughter said she wished she could stay longer, we all did!

Great Stay in Granbury

This place was perfect. Easy check-in, very clean, convenient location, and very well furnished. What more could you ask for. Very comfortable bed and nice bed linens. Kitchen had everything we needed. The back yard was a great place to relax. The walk to the Granbury Square was a little long for us seniors so we took our car but found ample parking. The host was gracious and very easy to communicate with. We can highly recommend this place for a short weekend stay or even a longer full vacation stay. B & C from Bryan

Warm and welcoming

Dawn’s home is absolutely lovely. The pictures are accurate and the home is very inviting. It has everything you need. I booked the reservation to meet my new grandson and was able to have an enjoyable day dining on the patio, playing giant Jenga that’s provided with the house, and having s’mores by the fire pit. After a full day of visiting, I had the most restful sleep in their very comfortable beds. Anytime I stay at a rental my must haves are cleanliness, communication, parking, water pressure and peaceful nights sleep. Dawn’s home gets 5 stars in all areas.Highly recommend!
