Very good experience. Host was quick with responses and check in/check out was very smooth. The location relative to restaurants and conveniences was really good. No issues overall! Thank you for a great experience.

Great place close to campus

We had a great stay with family and friends for a Gator game. The place was great with nice amenities, and perfect for a group. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely will stay here again!

Stay

It was a very nice place. The outside sitting area was a nice area for our family to hang out and relax. The check in and check out procedures were very easy.

Quiet family trip

The house was perfect. The yard and home gym were very quiet and useful. The fooseball table was fun for everyone. Host was extremely responsive to all my questions.

Beats a hotel

Nice house close to everything you need. A little dated but clean. Great for a group that might need 2 motel rooms. Great outside area within a privacy fence. Nice sitting area with a gas fire pit and a wood burning fire pit.

Parent weekend at UF

The property was clean and in good shape. Everything was in working order. The beds were very comfortable with 2 of the bedrooms with king size beds. The covered patio had very nice cushioned furniture. The location is convenient to Univ of Florida. Check in and check out was easy and all information for access to the house was clear. We will be staying here again for graduation in May.

Cute house with nice outdoor area near UF

The house looks as pictured. The interior was nice and the place was clean. It had the perfect amount of space for our family. The beds were comfortable as well. The outside was my favorite. It was the perfect place to gather around the fire pit or under the pergola to sip coffee, socialize, and enjoy the weather. The morning when we woke up it was quiet so you could listen to nature as well. The owner of the place was nice and quickly responsive as well. The only cons I would say about the place were that there weren’t enough wash cloths and there wasn’t any dish soap for us to wash the dishes we used so we had to buy some. But those are really the only ones. Other than that, it was perfect for our quick trip to Gainesville for our family to visit and attend a Gators game.
