The room was spotless and it had everything you need and more. The grounds and pool were also clean. Dave was amazing to deal with. Answered messages quickly. We will diffently be coming back next year.

The host was very informative, but the unit could use some better cleaning, a bigger AC unit and some furniture upgrades.

It is clear that this guest's review is at odds with our many 5 star reviews. Our pictures and descriptions are accurate so there should not have been any surprises with regard to furnishings or AC. Past guests have made a point to let us know what a great job our housekeeper does.

Very clean place accurately depicted in add all the accessories you need without having to rent all the little things you don’t wanna take on a plane helped a lot. Beach was very nice very short walking distance.

lovely place to stay

This property is a perfect place to stay in Kihei! It is close to lovely beaches and places to eat. We had wonderful communication leading up to our stay, even getting a nice guide to some places/things to do while in Maui!

Great Condo and Location

Had a great stay here. Condo has everything you need and is well stocked. Location is great and super close to KAM II. Pool is close to condo also and had bbq’s that we used multiple times. Would stay here again.

As you can clearly see, this was meant to be a five star review, but our guest errored when submitting this review. VRBO's policy is that this error can only be corrected if the guest is willing to take the time to be on hold and then going through a process to modify the review. Perfect condo in a perfect location

This condo was super clean, had a nice main level lanai with access to a nice grass area, and was a short 3 minute walk to the beach. The owner was great to work with and even accommodated a slightly early check in as we arrived early. I would definitely stay here again.

We appreciated Brett and Rae Ann being our guests. Not sure where we might have fallen short of a five star review for their 3 day stay before moving to their Maui timeshare, but we wish them all the best for the remainder of their stay in Maui.

Great spot in Kihei!

We loved the location of this property - right across the street from the beach and close to all the restaurants and places we wanted to go! The property grounds are lovely and the unit stayed nice and cool with minimal need to turn on the AC. The condo also had a well-stocked kitchen. We had great communication with the owner who granted us a late-check out and responded quickly with any concerns we had! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to friends.

If you're looking for a perfect place to stay while on Maui, this is truly a Piece of Paradise! Withing feet from the ocean, a few walking minutes to everything you'll need and all the amenities as described, you won't have to or even want to look no further! Dave, the host was the most personable, welcoming and helpful host I've ever worked with and I am truly grateful to have stayed in his beautiful, comfortable and also important beyond stocked condo!!! I will definitely be returning to this Piece of Paradise soon! Mahalo from New Mexico~ :-)

Easy Living in Paradise

We were looking to relax and unwind and this place was close to perfect for our needs. Each day we just grabbed the provided beach chairs and towels and walked across the street to a really nice beach. Later in the day we'd change then head back for the sunsets. After a couple of days I got ambitious, took out the provided snorkel gear, and brought that across the street too. A few blocks away are shops, including liquor and a natural foods store with fresh juices. The apartment is very nice and amazingly well stocked. I cooked some of our meals from scratch and had everything I needed from measuring cup to my choice of pots and pans. All we needed was our own food, beverages and clothes. We had a great stay. One tip is to sleep with the bedroom windows closed - otherwise if someone talks while walking by the corridor, it sounds as if they are in the room with you. We closed the windows and used the a/c to sleep. The hosts were really helpful and we had all of the info we needed before we even got there. We definitely hope to return !

Nice condo in a great location

This one bedroom condo on the ground floor had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The sliding door opens into a landscaped courtyard. The onsite pools/BBQs are both a 1 minute (or less) walk from the unit. Inside, the condo was comfortable and well appointed. The beach gear included folding back-pack chairs, coolers, pool noodles, snorkels, fins, boogie boards, beach towels etc. There is an air-conditioning (A/C) in the living space window that helps cool the main room and kitchen. It only cools the bedroom a little bit, but there are 3 fans in the bedroom and we managed ok with them. If you love to sleep in cold rooms, Maui condos may be challenging for you since few have a/c in the bedrooms. We loved the location of this unit. It's within walking distance of 2 small grocery stores, many food options, stores, gear rentals, excursion providers etc. AND it's across the street from Kamalole Beach Park II, and 3-5 minute walk from Kamaole Beach I and III. All three beaches have good snorkeling, swimming, and sunsets. We saw turtles, octopus, eel, a spotted eagle ray and lots of fish and colorful coral. Walk another 5 minutes to Cove Beach Park for beginner boogie boarding or surfing.

We had such a lovely time staying at this condo. It was clean, very well stocked, and was the perfect place for a beach vacation! The host Dave provided great communication and thorough tips and guides to staying in Kīhei. The lanai has a beautiful green view and was my favorite part of the condo. I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Condo

Our stay was very pleasant. They had all the amenities we needed. It was nice not having to buy all the beach equipment. It was in close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. My husband and I had an amazing time.

Comfy Condo

We had everything we needed for a relaxing 2 week stay, and were right across from a fabulous beach. Boogie boards and beach chairs? Yep, they’ve got em. Blender for beach cocktails and a cooler for snacks? Yep- drink and eat yourself into your happy place- just grab the umbrella out of the closet so you don’t end up a lobster. Sea turtles galore, and if you try to imitate their surfing but wipe out, the shower has good water pressure to get sand out of all the places. Done for the day? Sofa was a good crash spot for a few winks, and the bed is comfy enough. We cooked a lot, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lanai was quiet and peaceful and the first floor unit is great. We had no needs, but the owner reached out to let us know he was available in advance. Great spot, great vacation- we will be back. Aloha.

The owner has made sure you need nothing. The kitchen has everything you need to reduce cost by cooking in. I’m not sure I’ll ever stay anywhere else in Maui. Owners could take lessons from Dave.

Wonderful Experience!

Dave was an extremely responsive host and provided a lot of great information prior to our stay. With an entire "booklet" of things to do and places to see, it was very helpful! There were directions for the tv remotes and anything that could be possibly confusing. The location was fabulous-although we did do some driving and exploring, we spent most of the time at KAM II, which was just across the street and then walked the half a block to Fred's or Moose's for a bite to eat or drinks. The beach gear was very much appreciated and in great shape! We would definitely love to come back!

Ein schöner relaxter Urlaub

Wir haben einen schönen relaxten Urlaub in angenehmer Atmosphäre genossen. Das Appartment ist nur 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Bereitstellung des Strandequipments hat dazu beigetragen, die Stunden am Strand noch besser geniessen zu können. Wir möchten uns nochmals bei unseren Vermietern für die zur Verfügung gestellten Unterlagen bedanken. Wir haben Anregungen für einige Untenehmungen. erhalten
