Unwind in this cool, updated cottage. With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax and enjoy a little bit of the country and close proximity to the beach. The interior of our place is completely updated and has a beautiful kitchen with new stainless appliances and cabinets. The bathroom is all new wih beautiful tiled shower/ tub and wall
The cottage has a large outdoor space perfect for stretching out, relaxing, cooking on grill and plenty of parking areas ample for boat or motorcycle trailers. Please no electric cars pug into my outlets.
The property is located only minutes, 2.8 miles. from N Myrtle Beach Sports Center, and 5 miles from the ocean with keyless entry. We offer privacy, with well lit entry and dead bolt locks for security.
We will accept 1 dog under 50 lbs and charge a cleaning fee of 50.00 per stay. If you are planning on bringing your friend, please inform me.
Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
I will only be a phone call away if you need anything. Looking forward for your booking!

The house was clean and as advertised - the only complaint we had was the traffic noise. During the day you don’t notice it, but it is prominent at night so next time we would take a fan for sleep to drown it out. Other than that it was convenient to everything we needed to do, it was clean, safe, acommodating. It was lovely and I would return.

Overall awesome location, property, and experience. Perfect location close to everything in the area. I would recommend 1000 percent and if we are ever in the area again we know where we will be staying. Thanks for making it a home away from home.

House was clean, I actually liked the floor plan to the house, house was equipped with everything we needed.The only thing that disturbed us was the noise from the traffic outside, they need to post a 25 mile an hour speed limit. Also the code lock gave us a problem other then that we were happy

The property was as listed. It was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We had our dog with us and it is a very pet friendly house. Host was very easy to work with and met our needs. Very easy to check in and out. Will certainly consider staying here again.

Communication was great. The floors and all the rugs were very dirty. We took our shoes off upon entering and within minutes, our feet were black with dirt. Gross! We did not have enough forks for the 4 of us. Constantly having to wash them for meals. Beds were uncomfortable a in need of new mattresses. The BBQ was very dirty as well.

I'm very sorry that you had these issues I wish you would have contacted me, as I always try to keep open communication with my guests. I would have made things right or compensated you in some form. My property is unique in that it is very close to all the attractions at the beach, but far enough to be relaxing, quiet and room to spread out. The house had been completely updated.
