La nostra casa è situata su un lago nel mezzo di Chapel Hill. Bellissimi dettagli architettonici. 5 camere da letto 4. 5 bagni. Una sesta camera da letto / bagno è disponibile se necessario (a pagamento). Informarsi sulle opzioni. Pontile privato con kayak e paddle board. Parco privato alla fine della nostra strada La casa può essere affittata per camera o per tutta la casa.
Ottimo per riunioni di famiglia, piccoli matrimoni, cene di prova, lauree, fine settimana di ballo e fughe di amiche.

Grande sala giochi con biliardo e biliardino. Cinema per guardare il tuo film preferito, goditi un po 'di popcorn e una partita di calcio.

Con un molo privato potrai goderti un drink e guardare il tramonto o prendere il kayak e goderti il lago.

Il nostro spazio unico è sull'unico lago nel mezzo di Chapel Hill NC. 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Chapel Hill o dal nostro centro commerciale University con un nuovissimo teatro per la cena. 3 minuti di auto da Franklin Street e Whole Foods.

Bella casa con aree rilassanti in tutto. Lettura di angoli o scrivanie per completare il tuo lavoro.

This was an incredible house and the hosts couldn't have been more accommodating and communicative. We all graduated from UNC and travel to Chapel Hill every year. I hope to stay at this beautiful house for every future trip.

Lovely, peaceful, quiet, Lakehouse

We loved staying here at this Lakehouse! It was comfortable, peaceful, with plenty of room to spread out. The host was responsive and was helpful in answering any questions before our check in.

What a wonderful home for family wedding weekend. Beautiful spacious home with so many special touches in every room and lake view vistas. Fun game and movie room in basement. Convenient location close in Chapel Hill neighborhood. What a treat to stay at this home!

We had the most amazing time staying here for our sisterhood weekend! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun time together.The clean bedding and towels were a huge plus — so fresh and cozy! The kitchen was truly to die for — spacious, modern, and fully stocked, making it easy (and fun!) for cooked meals. We spent hours gathered at the kitchen table, eating, and reconnecting.The view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking and became the perfect backdrop for morning coffee, evening drinks, and lots of pictures. Whether we were sitting in the screen porch area or curled up inside, that view never got old.We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back. It was everything we hoped for and more — the perfect place to make lasting memories!

Short but nice trip

We stayed 2 nights and the property was perfect! I wish we were staying longer but we were in town for a wedding. Several families fit comfortably, it was well appointed and beautiful! Owners were a pleasure! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area again!

Great Place to stay for a wedding weekend!

We stayed here with our daughter and her bridesmaids and it was perfect! Everyone had their own room and many different places to hang out. The lake was beautiful and the house had everything we needed. We all are looking for an excuse to return!

Chapel Hill Lakehouse-great stay

Great location with a lot of room in the house for family time. Lake is beautiful and nice to sit in the back and enjoy the view. Close to a Whole Foods and many restaurants. Short drive to UNC Chapel hill. Owners were easy to communicate with and helpful.

Lovely time, lovely home

There were 11 of us ladies in the area for daytime meetings. We all enjoyed this beautiful home and property with lovely lake views and comfortable beds and gathering areas. Top notch roominess to spread out after meetings all day. This was the perfect place! Owners were helpful and accommodating! We highly recommend to others!

Family Time

Staying here was a dream - the big beautiful comfortable home on the lake in the middle of town was the perfect place to gather our family, where we could spend time together having fun and relaxing in comfort. Everything we needed was readily at hand and we enjoyed all the amenities. Will definitely return.

Absolutely incredible

The property was incredible! So spacious and clean, and in an incredible location. We loved the fully loaded kitchen, as we cooked several big meals used the kitchen and living room as our central gathering space. The host provided a tour and made us feel very welcomed!

Beautiful home on the lake

Gorgeous home and accommodations- Great space for a large group in a beautiful location in Chapel Hill. Communication with the owners was clear and prompt - very receptive and easy to contact. Highly recommend!!

Amazing House and Location

Beautiful house and property. No shortage of amenities. The beds are amazing. We kayaked and fished in the lake out back. The downstairs pool and foosball tables were a big hit. Great communication with the owners. 10 out 10.

Beautiful spacious home

We utilized this property in association with our Son's wedding in Chapel Hill. It worked perfectly for us. It provided great spaces to entertain and spend time with family and friends. The residence is well appointed and the view of the lake is beautiful Our family really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Host: Sherry D. Lindquist & David Lindquist

Sherry is from Coastal NC but has lived in Chapel Hill since 1990 and loves it! David is from Connecticut, and came here by way of California. Chapel Hill is a great college town being home to the University of North Carolina Tar Heels. Duke University and NC State are just up the road. Having owned Ladies Fitness & Wellness centers for many years and being an entrepreneur, Sherry loves meeting and helping people.

My husband David ran a B&B in for a short time 1989 and loves to cook. We both love fitness & golf. We have six children between us, with our youngest just starting college this fall. David was an exchange student in Germany in 1980, and last year we returned the honor by hosting our 7th child from Italy. We had our first granddaughter in 2014. We love hosting events in our beautiful lakeside home. As empty nesters now, we would like to share our home by the lake.

Our home is situated on a beautiful lake in the middle of Chapel Hill. Chapel Hill's best kept secret. Beautiful architectural details. 5 bedrooms 4.5 baths Private dock with paddle boards & kayaks. Private park at the end of our street. The house can be rented out by room or the whole house.
An optional 6th bedroom (owner's private suite) with private large bathroom is available for an additional fee if need. Sleeps 2. On the main level. (Great for guests that can't handle stairs)

With a private dock you will able to enjoy drinks and watch the sunset or take the kayaks out and enjoy the lake.
Our unique space is on the only lake in the middle of Chapel Hill NC. 5 minute drive to downtown Chapel Hill or our local University Mall with a brand new dinner theater. 3 min drive to Franklin Street and Whole Foods. Relaxing in your room with sitting area, TV and cable.
