Josefina's Queen Suite is located just off the Plaza in Historic Old Mesilla. Behind the thick adobe walls, you will find this tranquil retreat. Charmed by the ambiance of our historic Southwestern design and the Garden Greenhouse, our luxurious Queen Suite offers a cozy step back in time, weaving together old world charm and modern comforts like WIFI, mini fridge, Smart TV, AC, plush bathrobes and more. If the Queen suite is already booked, please check out our King Suite!
Please be Informed: VRBO Guests who have no previous trips, reviews, and/or have less than 4 or 5 star ratings will be required to pay a refundable security deposit after reservation has been accepted.
If security deposit isn’t paid within 24 hours of us accepting their request, we will have to cancel reservation. Same day bookings need to be paid immediately. After guests have checked out and housekeeping has confirmed no damages reported, we will then refund guests the deposit.
We enforce this safety policy because of other guests, ourselves and our property. Unfortunately we have found that this is necessary because of some negative experiences with past guests with whom we gave a chance, and we thank you for your understanding and support!
Guests will be required to have an established VRBO profile with 4 or 5 star reviews! Again Thank You So Much!

Josefina's is conveniently located just off the Historic Mesilla Plaza. In and around the Plaza you will find delicious eats at the legendary La Posta. Or grab some decadent chocolates from The Chocolate Lady and a glass of wine at NM Vintage Wines, both located within the plaza and steps from our little Movie house, The Fountain Theatre.
Other favorite spots are Double Eagle Bar--elegant, old world charm--and Andele's Dog House...all walking distance from the Suites. Right around the corner is The Bean at Josefina's...a lovely coffee shop with patio. You are also just a short walk or drive to other Mesilla local favorites for food and drink such as Farmesilla, Paisano's, and Lescombes Winery and Restaurant!
