This was a fantastic place for our 3-night stay in NYC to see the Halloween Extravaganza at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. Our 12-yr-old slept on the sofa bed and we stayed in the bedroom. Clean, comfortable, convenient stay. We couldn’t have done better for the price. Clear instructions, easy access, stylish & thoughtful details everywhere. Smelled wonderful!

This is a gem of a rental. It is a lovely garden apartment with more space than you would expect in NYC. The hosts have invested generously to modernize the apartment and make it charming, welcoming and incredibly comfortable. An added bonus is that the 145th subway station is just around the corner, along with coffee shops, groceries and local eateries. We would return in a heartbeat.

I will 100% return to this property. So cozy and cute inside. Quiet. Neighborhood is quiet. Two minute walk to subway and lots of great food nearby. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. To top it off the host is wonderful. I needed to speak to her and we ended up talking for a couple minutes. She’s bubbly and kind. Very happy with my stay.

This apartment is a delight! It is perfectly situated near subway stops as well as neighborhood points of interest. This apartment is elegantly appointed and cozy and safe. Everything truly exceeded expectations. Every need is provided for. The outdoor space is a special treat to be able to sit under the trees and shade and enjoy the outside. Everything about this property exceeds expectation!

Wonderful stay at a clean and well maintained location. The host was gracious enough to provide such extras as coffee and toiletries if one needed such things. We had an excellent stay and look forward to a return in the future.

Great place, the pictures dont give it justice. The subway is so conveniently located and there is a nice grocery store nearby, we went to a Thai restaurant and an Italian restaurant in the neighborhoods and they were both great

The location was great - just minutes from the Subway. The place itself was amazing, and the little extras provided by the owner were a nice touch. Wish the weather was warmer so we could have used the patio. Very pleasantly surprised by this place.

A great apartment for investigating the Lower Manhattan area. It was lovely and clean. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The furniture, decor and appliances were lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen whilst small had everything we needed. The supplied tea/coffee machine was great. Ideal for buses and the subway to get around New York. We would definitely recommend. Thank you! X

The host was very responsive to questions and the amenties were great! Everything was clean and up to date. The bedroom was "drafty" and a little cd, but there was access to plenty of extra blankets so no problems there! Easy walk to multiple MTA locations. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for the week of my daughter's graduation because of the many events she had on campus. The apartment was the perfect size for me. It was very clean and well maintained. I very much enjoyed the ability to prepare a quick breakfast in the am and I enjoyed the back patio. Any amenity you can think of the host had it. It was a 3 minute walk to the A,B,C,D subway that was convenient to mid-Manhattan. The 1 train was about a 10 minute walk or an easy transfer from the A train on 59th. A grocery store was about a 5-minute walk the opposite way. The host was very attentive to my questions. I would love to stay here again and now know why it is so popular.
