It’s really great here; we liked everything.A small note: the curtains need washing because there was a very heavy smell—it felt as though someone had smoked here at some point. Also, please replace the carpet, as it wasn't very pleasant to walk on; otherwise, we really liked everything else.

absolutely awful! beds felt like straight springs! the washer sounded like it was coming out the wall people screaming and running by beating on the doors waking kids up and literally working on the building a be piece of concrete hit my 3 year old and i stepped on a rusty screw! elevators took sooo long and the workers were so rude ! you could barley sleep because of how loud it was constantly

April 2019 Stay

This was a comfortable unit. I enjoyed the view. Housekeeping seems to have it together compared to most others I’ve stayed in. Will visit again.

It was ok

The property itself is amazing. The pool is so nice, the tiki huts with the bar and food is so nice. Chair service at the beach was great tooz Our room left things to desired. Furniture was old, things were outdated. Didn't even have a keurig. Furniture was old and stained. Definitely would not choose this unit again. The downside to the resort are the elevators, they don't have enough to accommodate the people. The parking lot is also an issue. Takes so long to get in and out due to design failure. Two cars can't pass!

Nice condo

We loved the condo! The air worked great. Bed in the big bedroom was super comfy. I think there needs to be a TV in the smaller room for the kids. And the ceiling did leak when the people above us used their dishwasher but other than that, the condo was very nice and clean. The elevators suck but that is to be expected every year in July.

Great view

The view was fabulous. The elevators and parking deck are not great. Assigned parking spot would have been nice. Could use some deep cleaning especially in bathrooms. Overall my family enjoyed the space itself. Loved the balcony.

Just what we needed!

We had planned our spring break trip last november, and we were so excited leading up to this trip. Not only was the communication with the manager super easy, they were transparent about all questions I asked. The condo was just the right size for 5 girls to stay for a spring break week, and we had the best time. Location is super convenient, as it's only a walk through the pool area towards the beach. For a couple of college girls, we enjoyed our time thoroughly. I recommend staying here 100%!

Great Summer Vaca

This was our families 8th trip in 6 years to this condo. It never disappoints. Pool water and ocean were great this time of year. The pool security at times were extremely strict. Almost felt like we were being picked on at times. First time they have ever acted that way towards us. Otherwise, we had a blast.

Grad Week

Wasn’t the ideal time to stay there. It was grad week but I brought my grad. The beach was amazing. The elevators were crazy busy. The condo was very nice. I would like to get closer to the ground floor next trip. I don’t mind the stairs but I don’t think I can make it up 17 flights.

July 2016 Stay

Room 1714 was great very clean and perfect size for us. Bar tenders at poolside bar where great but wished they stayed open later then 10 pm some nights they closed even earlier. The condo staff are not very friendly seems everyone was a bother to them. Sorry but when you are paying out that kind of money to stay at the Shores of Panama the staff could be a little nicer.

The condo was overall great, but there were a few things I noticed that could be improved upon. One thing is the carpet in the main bedroom. There are tons of stains on the carpet, and it could use replacement. Another thing I noticed during my stay was the drawer of the bathroom off the main bedroom. The nails at the back of the drawer need to be reattached. The last thing I noticed was that the shower doesn't drain well in the bathroom off the main bedroom. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Rude employees

Had to wait for elevator 20 min at a time. Rude employees around the pool area , showed favoritism when getting pool chairs. Waited until 8:00 like they asked but they allowed others to get chairs and never said anything to them. The ones running the food shop by the pool was very nice and courteous. Food was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accommodations were good, a little outdated. The building management were not that hospitable and the facilities were not kept clean. There are 4 elevators which are in constant use making trips up and down excessive.

My family enjoyed the stay the beach and the pool area was great. The condo I stayed in did not have a designated parking space. The parking garage is an accident waiting to happen. I know they can’t control that but, I’ll be mindful of that next time a book. The advertisement says condo with reserved parking. That doesn’t mean a specific space. There are yellow open spaces that you have to find to park in. We realized that later after being aggravated and frustrated with parking process. That should have been communicated more clearly. Everything else was communicated, maybe I missed it anyway. My girls were happy and the condo was great. It is noisy at night and there was a strong marijuana smell when we sat on the balcony every night.
