Great place to stay with family. Lots of room and nice neighborhood. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

My sisters were very comfortable at your property and it was so conveniently located near my home so they could easily go back and forth between the two houses. They enjoyed the pool!I certainly will be looking to rent again the next time I have family in town.

The first issue I have with this property is the door lock I’d the old fashioned key, which anyone can make a copy of. I’ve stayed in a lot of Vrbo’s and not once before has there been a key. I felt unsafe. The house had been cleaned before we got there and smelt very strongly of bleach and floor mop solution. Still, there was a large wad of hair in the main bathroom shower. The inside of the house was rather nice, other than the main couch, which way a recline only situation. Other than the main bedroom the other rooms were small and difficult to get cribs into. The outside backyard area was really bad though. The outdoor furniture looked rescued from a dumpster and was not safe to sit on. The grill was straight up rust on the outside and disgusting on the inside having certainly never been cleaned. The pool net was unusable, fully broken and appeared to have been that way for years by this point. I messaged the host about it, as the pool was full of leaves they messaged the next day saying a replacement was coming and it never did. Despite it being 80 degree days the pool was unusable. Wouldn’t book again. Nearby park was nice.

Great Place

The neighborhood was great. There was a huge park around the corner that was filled with families almost everyday. The pool was perfect for our 11 year old and 2 yr old granddaughter to play in. Communication with the home owner was fantastic. They replied back pretty fast when we had questions. They were also very accommodating when we had to change occupancy and dates. I recommend if you have things to do near South San Jose.

My husband and I used this home, along with our four teenage grandsons, to experience California's many sights for 5 days. The grandsons particularly enjoyed the pool table in the garage. The kitchen was very beautiful, and I enjoyed having a Keurig and K-cups available. Temperatures were too cool to fully enjoy the pool. My one criticism is that the living couch was incredibly uncomfortable. The cushions were so worn and no support, in fact, it was almost like sitting on the floor. Being in our 70's my husband and I weren't able to sit on it as we would have had trouble getting out of it! Needs to be replaced and an additional chair or two would have been nice. Overall, we enjoyed the house.

Overall we had an excellent time. Location was great, getting in the first night was very straightforward & contacting the owner was very easy. The kitchen remodel was excellent. TV's & WiFi were outstanding. The pool table & games in the garage were pleasantly useful in our spare time. The only things we'd improve are in the area's of maintenance & cleaning. We had a toddler crawling on the floors and she always had blackened hands & feet. The throw blankets in the corner of the living room needed to be cleaned, some of the pots in the kitchen were ready to be replaced. We had great stay & would return.

There were some minor hiccups during the check-in process, but primarily due to the differences in check-in systems. We were able to get checked into the property a-ok once we got in contact with VRBO representatives. VRBO recommends that you download & use their app to manage all stays. The house is in a centrally located area in San Jose, so it was very convenient. There was a pool, which was so nice during the summertime. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms. It was perfect for what we needed for the weekend!
