Be among the first to stay in this exclusive condo in the Verbier resort. This home combines multiple levels, offering 3 separate floors with 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. As a guest, you'll enjoy amenities on every floor, and be just a short walk to the Verbier Spa Pavilion. Located directly on Le Geant golf course and just 1.5 km from Tremblant's pedestrian village and ski slopes (a free shuttle service is available), this home is ideally located for all local activities and restaurants.

*The Verbier Pavilion pool is closed for the season. All other amenities (hot tubs, sauna, gym) are available year-round*

The Space
The impressive main floor living space invites you in with modern furnishings, floor to ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, Smart TV, and luxury finishes. The living and dining room lead out to the private balcony, complete with a seating area for gathering on warm Summer evenings and an outdoor dining area with a natural gas BBQ. Off of the hallway on the main floor you’ll also find 1 of the 2 half bathrooms in this home.

This kitchen is the optimal combination of design and functionality, featuring top-of-the-line chef's appliances and all the cutlery, bakeware, cookware, and dishes you will need for nights cooking at home when you’re not enjoying one of the popular nearby restaurants. The dining area has ample space with a capacity of up to 15 guests.

The lower level of this condominium features a second living space with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a private balcony with sun loungers. Adjacent to the living room is a billiards table and a wet bar area with a wine cooler. The second half-bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway on this floor.

Our condominium features six bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and a smart TV. Bedroom 1 is located on the third floor and includes a king-size bed and a private balcony. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and a private balcony. Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 each have a queen-size bed. Room 6 has two queen-size beds and a private patio on the second floor.

Guest Access
Guests of Verbier have exclusive access to a spa pavilion with an outdoor pool (available during the summer months), a hot tub, a fitness center, and a sauna (year round). After a day of skiing or hiking, guests may relax in the sauna, take a dip in the pool, or socialize in the lounge.

Le salon et la salle Ă  manger donnent sur le balcon privĂ©, dotĂ© d'un coin salon pour les chaudes soirĂ©es d'Ă©tĂ© et d'un coin repas extĂ©rieur avec un barbecue au gaz naturel. Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du couloir, se trouve Ă©galement l'une des deux demi-salles de bains de cette maison.

Cette cuisine allie Ă  la perfection design et fonctionnalitĂ©. Elle est Ă©quipĂ©e d'appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers haut de gamme et de tous les couverts, ustensiles de cuisson, ustensiles de cuisine et plats dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner Ă  la maison lorsque vous n'ĂȘtes pas dans l'un des restaurants populaires des environs. La salle Ă  manger est spacieuse et peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  15 personnes.

Le niveau infĂ©rieur de ce condominium comprend un deuxiĂšme espace de vie avec des siĂšges confortables, une tĂ©lĂ©vision intelligente et un balcon privĂ© avec des chaises longues. À cĂŽtĂ© du salon se trouvent une table de billard et un bar Ă©quipĂ© d'un refroidisseur de vin. La deuxiĂšme demi-salle de bains est idĂ©alement situĂ©e dans le couloir, Ă  cet Ă©tage.

La propriété comprend six chambres, chacune dotée d'une salle de bains privative et d'une télévision intelligente. La chambre 1 est située au troisiÚme étage et comprend un lit king-size ainsi qu'un balcon privé. La chambre 2 dispose d'un lit king-size et d'un balcon privé. Les chambres 3, 4 et 5 disposent chacune d'un lit queen-size. La chambre 6 dispose de deux lits queen-size et d'un patio privé au deuxiÚme étage.

Les clients de Verbier ont un accÚs exclusif à un pavillon de spa avec une piscine extérieure (disponible pendant les mois d'été), un jacuzzi, un centre de remise en forme et un sauna (toute l'année). AprÚs une journée de ski ou de randonnée, ils peuvent se détendre dans le sauna, faire quelques brasses dans la piscine ou se retrouver dans le salon.

AccĂšs des hĂŽtes
La communauté de Verbier offre un service de navette gratuit vers la montagne et un accÚs direct aux pistes de vélo et de raquettes, ce qui en fait une destination idéale pour les amateurs d'activités de plein air. Les hÎtes ont également accÚs gratuitement au Verbier Spa Pavilion, qui comprend un sauna sec intérieur et une salle de sport, ainsi qu'un spa extérieur avec une piscine (en été) et un coin feu.

L'établissement met à disposition quatre places couvertes dans le parking souterrain, ce qui facilite l'accÚs des clients. Deux prises NEMA 6-50R sont disponibles sur place pour recharger les véhicules électriques (apportez votre propre cùble de charge). En outre, Verbier offre un espace de stockage sécurisé pour le matériel de ski et les bicyclettes, garantissant aux clients l'accÚs aux équipements nécessaires pour les activités de plein air.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

This property is amazing! Great location. Brand new. Great amenities and great location. Superb communication with host. Beds were great and all rooms have individual bathrooms. Highly recommend and will stay there again!
