We had a wonderful experience with the property as it fulfilled our families needs and there were extra amenities that some sites do not provide. We enjoyed the gas grill provided. The directions, check-in and exit instructions were easy.

Hands down one of the best homes we have stayed in. Lots of room, very clean. The beds were the most comfortable that we have ever slept in! The black out curtains were definitely a plus since I tend to wake up when the sun comes up. Would highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our needs! Plenty of beds and bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very close to a grocery store.

The concept of this is great. There was plenty of room for my four adult kids and their dogs. We had rented this as a place to vacation for 4-5 days. We rented for 4 nights. We had a sudden death in our family, of my father in law. I asked our host if we could at least get a partial refund, and he said no, it needed to be a 7 day notice. So we ended up paying over 1300, for two nights and no refund. Plus, we didn’t know it was a twin home, and the neighbor was pretty sketchy, and made us feel unsettled.

Great place to relax and enjoy family

The main floor was great to be together whether eating or watching a movie. Two bathrooms on the main floor and one in the basement made it quick and easy to get ready for the wedding we were all attending. The large sectional in the basement was a great place to relax and have some space to play games.

We had a wonderful time and stay at this location. Very close to grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed watching movies on the large TV downstairs. Everything was very clean with very comfortable beds for all of the family. Host was available and answered questions quickly. This was our first experience with VRBO and we would definitely try it again. It may be hard to match again though this experience was 10/10.

Beautiful and spacious twin home just 10 minutes south of Concordia College. Dog friendly with fenced yard. Spacious kitchen, gas grill and Keurig coffee machine. Walking distance to grocery, coffee, Anytime Fitness and liquor store

I am very happy with this property. Easy to finf and close to the freeway. Clean and spacious. The host is up-front in his communication. Instructions on where to find things and what to use are clear. The check in and check out process is seamless. I will use the same property if I am intown again.

Great location, great property!

The property was clean and equipped with everything our family needed. It is easy to access from the interstate and two blocks from a large grocery store and Starbucks. There was a problem with the coffee maker and our host ordered a new one and had it delivered. Great attention to detail and great host!

This was a great stay for us - we were hosting a big event in town and live several hours away, so having a comfortable home base for a few days made everything so much easier. I originally booked this property because we thought there would be dogs with us, but there were not - and this home was so clean - no evidence that other pets had been present. It was really helpful to us to have the baby gear on hand, too - no need to bring a high chair, pack’n’play, etc. They were available and in good repair.

Host was incredible. Constant communication and quick turnaround with questions.Property was within walking distance to eateries, grocery, liquor stores. Plenty of room to park.Seamless check-in and check out.Highly recommend if you are in need of more space especially for Wrestling Nationals in Fargo.

We had various things going on in Fargo and Moorehead and this was a great location for all we had going on. It was easy to find and grocery store and coffee close and easy to get to! The house was clean and had all the necessities that we needed for cooking and also shampoo, conditioner, and body washes in each shower. My girls loved the downstairs room with the twin beds and huge closet where they could easily change and keep all their stuff. Closet space in general was great in each room. Loved having 3 bathrooms with my family and parents there. Basement living space was so cozy and the most comfortable couch. We didn’t spend anytime in the backyard, but it was a great space out there. Garage was super handy to park in with the possibility of some storms. Super handy to have a washer and dryer and hangers in that space to hang some things up to dry as well. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels that we didn’t have to worry about running out. Overall was perfect for our 5 day stay with all we had going on and easy to run back to in between things to eat lunch and make some suppers there too. Much nicer than staying in a cramped hotel for a week!
