Loved the condo. Well appointed and clean, except for the floor being a bit dirty (bring black socks). Close to the beach and Broadway. Safe area of town. Good WiFi. Would stay here again.

Wonderful check in with friendly staff. Beautiful view and location was also a plus. Our place had everything we needed which made our stay even more comfortable. Strongly recommended to other travelers and we hope to be back in the near future. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautiful view from our side balcony. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t cook any meals there but it was well stocked. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

The dishwasher was broken and there was work being done on the building

Solid Spot as Advertised

The spot was just as advertised. The unit has a nice view and good open floor plan. Right near the board walk and close to everything with plenty of parking. Everything was pretty comfortable, but the unit could use some upgrades such as a smart TV and getting rid of the over-the-range microwave that doesn't work (new one is on the counter, so this just needs to be removed)

Seaside relaxation

I really appreciated the communication I received before and through our stay.This is a very nice place to stay. It was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the amenities which fitted our needs. I loved the heat lamp and the lotions.Close proximity and convenient to shopping and dining.Nice views from the home. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing maybe to consider is updating the king bed. I would recommend this place and location.Thank you

The location and views were fantastic, and the proximity to the beach made for a great family getaway. The front desk staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.Unfortunately, we experienced several maintenance and property condition issues during our visit. The ensuite shower drain eventually overflowed into the bathroom due to poor drainage, the dishwasher was not functioning, and there were unfinished repairs inside the unit, including an unpainted wall patch and painter's tape left on the ceiling. We also encountered some parking challenges related to ongoing construction activities.Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our time in Seaside and appreciated the efforts of the staff. Management reviewed our concerns after checkout and provided a partial refund, which we appreciated. Overall, the location and views were excellent, but the unit would benefit from additional maintenance and attention to detail.
