This house was more than enough space for our family of 4 (kids are 17 and 22). Bathrooms and kitchen were updated, there was a ping pong table in the garage that was great, we loved the balconies off the top two bedrooms and it was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some including an air fryer and a Keurig. The biggest selling point is the outside space. The pool/spa was wonderful! Being on the river added to the beauty of it. We were out there every day and the screened in space was a great way to dry off and cool off before going inside. We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect family vacation in this lovely home! 15 of us ages 3-77! The house was above what we expected! The pool was spotless all week. The view was a captivating way to gather around the huge outdoor dining table. Our kids used it all! The games room, the theatre room, the pool and their bedrooms! Happy campers!We 2 older ones needed and appreciated the comfy huge recliners and the level main floor. I would rebook in a minute! PS our contact responded to every text in minutes.

The property was very nice. It had a few things that could have been improved, such as a having a generator once power was loss power for 40 minutes. It could use newer bath cloths and towels. Also dish towels are a must. I was happy to have dish cloths delivered by Amazon, because none was on hand when we arrived. Moreover, you should have brooms, dustpans, mops , and buckets available for cleaning. Your big grill doesn’t operate, which was disappointing to find out on the 4th of July and your smaller grill wasn’t even clean to cook on. We had to clean it before and of course after we used it. Also some of your tv’s didn’t function. Lastly, your landscaping needs mulch and rocks around some of your trees and shrubbery. Overall, I’d say the house itself is beautiful. Consequently, you can also check above the roof area of the garage, because you have some loose shingles or siding that is hanging.

In generall satisfied

In general it was very good and all 12 of us is very satisfied also with the support and follows up.We was 12 persons but only 4 sunbeds - need to me more to have a great stay.We are from Sweden and we are thinking and behaving a lot to be enviorment friendly.Better information how to handle the garbigde / trash is needed.Something has to be done with the outlet of the WC - often stopped in the system - something has to be done with it.But in general we are very satisfied with the house.Johan

We had a great family vacation with our 3 adult children & their spouses and 8 grandchildren ages, (2 under 1), 2, 3, 4, 8, 10, & 15. The house was perfect for that amount of people. There were lots of great things about our stay, but i'm going to focus on the missed opportunities for a vacation stay of 10,000 for a week. When we arrived there were zero paper towels and an incessant chirping of a smoke detector that needed batteries changed. We called immediately and it took 36 hours and a threat to knock the device off of the ceiling to stop it before suddenly an hour later someone arrived to change the batteries. These ceiling are 18'-20' high or we would have done it ourselves. While the guy was there we asked him if he could get the main TV to work. 45 min later he finally figured it out. No directions anywhere for this and the next morning it stopped working. So no TV with 8 grand children the entire week. The trash cans were filled from the previous tenants and we had to live with a fly infestation and maggots for 5 days of our 7 day stay until the trash was picked up again. Broken glass in the garage where the pingpong table was cut my grandsons foot. 2 Vapes hidden in the couch which we found before our grandchildren did. The toddler bed had a dried urine soaked mattress that had us washing sheets and flipping the mattress the first night they came. Totally gross. No backup rolls of TP, so whatever was on the TP holder was all there was. Scratchy towels,
