Great visit! An older home, but very clean and comfortable. Really nice touches that you wouldn’t expect to see when you’re simply renting a room. Hotel style amenities. Coffee maker, fridge, even the towels are folded scalloped style. Nifty!

Everything was so clean, quiet and nice. Mr. Pedro was a great host who took care of all our needs. Its such a cute and quiet neighborhood and still only 45 minutes from NYC! Absolutely recommend and would definitely stay again. Also the 30 burgers restaurant nearby was amazing!

Everything I needed for a perfect stay

The house is perfectly situated in a great neighborhood, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The home was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

I thank and praise Jesus for Pedro, the host. Hallelujah!Pedro was friendly, kind, and professional. He greeted me with a genuine smile and direct eye contact. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and neat, ample street parking and nice neighborhood.Large screen smart television, WiFi, clean refrigerator, extremely comfortable quality mattress, clean sheets, blanket, and towels. Spacious tiled shower with removable shower head and super large stationary shower head. Very comfortable cool temperature on very hot days.I recommend this to those who are considerate, responsible and respectful of others and respect the host and his home. May the Lord Jesus bless Pedro with exactly what He knows he needs; spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, and financially. To God be the glory!

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, comunicazione, posizione
Non mi è piaciuto: Check-in
We never made it to the host's place. I wasn't able to check the address of the host days prior to our trip. I only did it the day before and found out that our places to visit are more than an hour away from the house of the host. I hope I can get refunded or at least get a postponement of our booking. I really like the place as shown online.Thank you for considering it with me,

Pedro was super friendly and went out of his way to accommodate our requests. He also made a great recommendation for dinner at a local Mexican restaurant. Very nice man and easy-going.

It was a nightmare! They charge their guests 22/day for parking, the gate at the parking lot never worked so you can't come in or leave, unless you press the HELP button, my room was not cleaned 2 days out of three, soda machines take your money but doesn't give soda, prices of a cup of coffee or even a small bag of chips are outrageous. The location of the hotel is in a crummy location. Never again.
