We loved the location! It was close enough to Park City to make shopping and dining convenient but far enough away that it felt like a cabin in the woods.

Went for a quick October weekend. Great location, plenty of space and the views of the mountain were amazing from the common area. The only small complaint I can say is there were no dish rags, sponges, or scrubbers for washing dishes. Otherwise the property was great

We had a fantastic stay. The host was extremely communicative and helped answer questions about trash, wifi, etc. in a very efficient manner. The property was very spacious and could comfortably sleep a big group or friends or a large family. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the Silver Lake village base area in Deer Valley and about a 5-8 minute drive into downtown Park City. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. Highly recommend!

The house was a great layout for our group. Beautiful location and excellent communication with the management company. A couple of things lacking were hot tub was really low on water and didn’t get serviced like it was supposed to, house provided only two kitchen towels and two rolls of paper towels. With a larger group additional items would have been appreciated, it’s a small thing but these small things can make for a more seamless experience. It was a great home to get away for a long weekend for, would stay there again.

Great property. It's a good location because it's in the Deer Valley resort area so it's away from the hustle and bustle of Park City, but it's only a 5 minute drive to get to Park City when you want to head into town for dinner and groceries.

The chalet was comfortable. The bedding was cheap and uncomfortable. Many of the little things had been neglected. Dirty pots and pan in cupboard, no dish soap trash bags or firewood to start a fire. The manager was quick to deliver but we felt that the rental needed attention to make it nicer for a luxury stay.

First of all the location is nice. Very quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and well furnished. And plenty of room. However we had issues with the property. The first night we were there my daughter put her knee on the mattress. And the middle support piece of wood. Had already been snapped in half. And the mattress sunk. We went down to use the hot tub. Which this may not be a reason for everyone. But the indoor hot tub was the reason I picked this property. Anyway the instructions in the email do not tell you how to turn it on. Or work the hot tub. The water was cold. And when we called the support number. They were unclear how to run the hot tub. At that time I told them about how the bed broke. And the hot tub didn't seem to work. We stayed a Friday to a Monday. And after many calls to the support to figure out the hot tub. They could never fix it. It too a few texts to figure out when they were going to come fix the bed. But they fixed it on Saturday. And they looked at the hot tub. Did something and told them to let them know if it started working. After three hours it had not changed. Still cold water. A lot more texts to find out when the repairman would come. And waiting around to wait for them. Which they didn't show up until Sunday. When I asked if there is something the upper management could do to discount or give me a deal. They never returned my text. My review find somewhere else to stay.

Very well appointed with everything you need! A perfect place for two families with lots of room to sit, cook and sleep. Some kitchen essentials were already stocked. Salt, pepper, sugar, etc. the property manager is very responsive and took care of our one minor issue right away. Would definitely stay here again!!
