The check in was easy, cabin was spotless, beds were comfortable, host was excellent. The view from the back deck is great. We had a party of 13 adults and enjoyed every minute of the trip. Don’t hesitate if your looking for a large cabin this is the one

Property was wonderful, host was exceptional. Allowed us to check in early, sent champagne, and allowed a family dog. Really all around great property and would highly recommend to others. Thanks for a great family memory!

My family of 22 stayed here June 3rd through June 10th. The property was clean and well maintained. The view from the back deck of the Smokey Mountains was an added bonus. The management staff was exceptional. If you have a large group I highly recommend these accommodations, you never felt cramped, and there was something for all age groups to keep you occupied. If it would be possible to give them 6 stars I would not hesitate to do so, as that was how nice everyone was.

The property was amazing and the host was even better. We did a family reunion here and everyone commented on how beautiful the property was. If you want a good home base from which to explore Tennessee, there is no better spot than this one!

This place should be booked all the time. We had 35 people for a family reunion and this space was perfect. The house never felt crowded, the kitchen, eating space, bedrooms and bathrooms are set up perfectly, and the coffee nook and the decks make for great spaces to just relax and catch up. We looked at so many houses planning this reunion and we are so blessed to have landed on the perfect spot. On top of that, the hosts couldn't be better. The house was stocked, they replied right away to all our questions, and worked with us early on when we had a question about date flexibility. I can't recommend higher if you need a beautiful, large space to accommodate a larger group.

This property was one of the nicest cabins I have ever stayed in. Not only did it have everything we needed, it was incredibly clean, had an amazing view, and everything was in working order, but the host was very responsive and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. It was very close to everything we needed (1.5 miles from a Target and lots of restaurants). It was quiet, pristine, and exceeded our expectations on every level. We will be back!

This was the perfect house for our holiday stay near the Smokies. All communication with the property manager was timely and attentive from the moment of booking through the end of our stay. We had 17 adults and 10 children, and it never felt cramped at all with enough space and activities (movie room/game room/pool) to give everyone enough room and separation as needed.We had some very minor issues (more inconvenience than anything) for which they were both responsive and cooperative regarding times we would be at the property.Just a stellar stay for us.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exceptional to include the cabin, cabin amenities hospitality and customer service. The host was phenomenal. They made sure we had everything to make our stay memorable. Very attentive to our messages and exceeded our expectations. We travel a lot and this trip hands down was one of the best trips ever.Cabin was exactly as pictured. If you are looking for a cabin while Tennessee, I would suggest you look at staying here.We are looking forward to visiting there new cabin in Tennessee once completed in the summer of 2026.Thank you again for an exceptional experience.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. We rented the cabin for our whole wedding party to stay at for our weekend celebration. With our venue just nearby, it was the perfect location. We had 25 people total and never felt short on room or things to do. The views were beautiful. Parking wasn’t any issue either. They had baby gates and a crib for the little ones too. Just overall perfect.

Big beautiful cabin with a million dollar view! We had a wonderful stay. The double kitchen was very helpful and we loved that everyone had there own bathroom!! The video game arcade was another big hit! There's so many great things about this cabin but one of our favorite things was the coffee/bar room with the garage door! I would definitely rent again and highly recommend. The communication with the owners was awesome. Thank you for letting us share your beautiful place

For a large group, this house has it all. Our extended family enjoyed a comfortable stay, with plenty of room for everyone. The open kitchen, dining area and living space was perfect for gathering without feeling crowded. The huge deck faces south, providing beautiful views of the sunrise, sunset, and mountains. The coffee bar and theater room were favorite hangout spaces. There was plenty of space to park our 8 vehicles. Note that the barbecue grill is charcoal. The house was very clean and well-stocked, with many additional small touches that made our stay extra comfortable and enjoyable. Check in and out were very straightforward, and the property host was fantastic!I highly recommend for a large family getaway. You will not regret it!

Fabulous cabin!

This cabin was perfect for our large family gathering. It was beautiful, well-appointed, clean and an easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The cabin had so much room for a large group to spread out and be comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We would love to stay here again!

Property has more space than you'll ever need. So many personal touch items too. Crushed Ice machine, "garage door room", dual fridges and dishwashers. Location is great too (close to most everything)

Great Thanksgiving getaway!

Was an exceptional experience! Great cabin! Great views! Great hosts. The cabin had everything that we needed to accommodate our big group and then some. Any questions or issues were answered and addressed immediately so our stay was unhindered by any inconveniences. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to book with them!

The property is amazing! Great fit for our large family get together, even had extra space. The views are amazing, excellent parking we had 6 SUVs all able to park. We did have a snag on the pool temperature, however, the team handle it quickly and were extremely accommodating with the issue. They had it taken care of so we could still enjoy during our stay.I recommend for any large group wanting a great location to stay while visiting the pigeon forge area.
