The exterior of the house looks a bit worn. But the interior is immaculate and pleasantly decorated. Very comfortable. All new appliances. Area is very convenient for tourists; neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would recommend it.

Our stay in Charleston!

We were in Charleston for a tax conference and decided to take the hubby and kiddos along. We found the casita online and loved it! It was such a cozy place to stay in. Clean and great location. Our host was very nice. We will definitely consider staying there again, if we are ever in SC again!

Adorable home close with fast access to downtown!

Quiet area but still super fast to get downtown, super clean and cozy. We had 5 people that easily spaced out amongst the 3 bedrooms. Jessica was wonderful with instructions and communication! Highly recommend.

Great VRBO!

This duplex was great! Quiet neighborhood with good proximity to all the places you might want to go without being in a busy, more urban area. Accurate description, down to the tiny frogs. Great communication and quick resolve of a small issue upon check in. Thanks!

This was perfect! 5 minutes to downtown Charleston, all on one floor (we are 3 seniors). Bedrooms were good sized with closet space and the beds were very comfortable. Galley kitchen is laid out well and there is a washer and dryer. Cute little screened porch and lovely back yard although we didn't use either of those. We were delighted with the accommodations and would definitely stay there again!

Gigi and Gramps camp

Grand daughter wanted to visit College of Charleston, check out Folly Beach, and do the outer Banks boat tour. Perfect location for all of those activities. Loved the house. Enjoyed the screened in porch. Appreciated the lightly stocked kitchen with a few basics, the Brita filter, extras in the bathroom, and phone chargers. Very thoughtful add ons. Decor was very fun. Great art work and fun books! Also enjoyed the next door dog! Thanks for a great stay!

Great property overall. Great location and very efficient lay out. We struggled with the strong smells in the rental (cleaning agents and other strong chemically odors?) which triggered some asthma flare ups for our family but probably not an issue for most families. Our kids did love finding lizards, frogs and other wildlife right outside the apartment!

Oh no I’m sorry about the cleaning product smell! I’ll be sure the cleaners are more sensitive with how much product they use moving forward. I also have my go-to products at home and can be sensitive in spaces where different brands are used, so I totally get it!
