My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this property. 9/10 recommended!Location: Great! 10-15 mins from the airport. Starbucks, restaurants, grocery store close by.Accommodations: Nicely redone and super clean. Loved that this unit was located on the ground floor. Spacious to accommodate 3 adults with 2 luggage each. The only thing we could not find in the unit was hand soap lol. This was not an issue because CVS is located in the same area.Parking: Lots of parking on the location. We returned back late each night of our stay and had no problems finding parking.Host: Great communication with easy to follow instructions for check-in procedure.

This is a great property that offered it all. Property is clean and spacious. It’s in a great location, close to convenient stores, restaurants, and shopping. Short drive to the beach. We were so relieved to find out this unit offered air conditioning in both living and bedroom areas. Pool is right outside and the lanai is beautiful and spacious as well. No issues with parking. My family was very pleased with this unit. We had such a great vacation.

Lovely stay in a great area

This is a clean wonderful spot in a great walkable location. Parking is available on the property. There’s a lovely beach nearby also a great marketplace (Coconut marketplace). The host was very responsive and helpful considering we had a plunger situation. We had a great stay. Would recommend!

Upon arrival normally there used to be a front office to check in, etc. There was a gentleman standing on the curbside for guests to get direction, etc. Office is closed down. Property was great. Used the bbq grill & pool facilities. Convenient near the ABC store with food to go. The room floors were somewhat clean. Bought house slippers to wear indoors.No box of Kleenex. One roll toilet paper. Bought another roll.Silverware was not clean, spoons & forks had food on them, probably food garbage left in the dishwasher and the silverware was placed back in the tray assuming they are dishwasher cleaned. Had to buy a sponge to clean dishes, none under sink.Other than these minor things, it would be great to add items, and double check silverware.

Anniversary/ birthday trip

This Condo was perfect for me and my husband. The location was perfect and we were able to get around easily. The Coconut Market place was a quick and easy stop with Safeway just down the road. We enjoyed our Lani morning and evening. It was perfectly situated to shaded most of the day. Was glad there was a Mr .Coffee Pot as well as the Pod coffee maker as it only took Nespresso Pods and they could not be found. One suggestion we have would be to provide the basics of seasonings Salt,and pepper at the very least and some cooking spray. Hopefully the guests that followed behind us appreciate what we left behind. Loved our stay, will be staying here again.

Honeymoon Trip

First time to Kauai, was a newly renovated condo that was perfect for the both of us. Was in a centrally located area as we drove to hanalei bay as well as to Poipu beach within 45-30 minutes. The floor did not seem clean as we felt dirt and grit in our feet, was not a big deal as we wore socks. There is a coffee maker, however there were no coffee pods for the machine and we could not find any at Walmart or the local abc store. Would still recommend to anyone and would still go back.

Perfect!

It was a great location, short walk to a shopping center with a little grocery store and tons of restaurants. The pool is right behind the unit. Michael was super responsive. We had an issue with the TV and he was quick to help. Unit was clean. The mattress is firm, sofa bed was comfy. The unit is perfect for a couple. The only issue with staying with a small child is the shower head is quite high which I usually appreciate but my toddler did not. We definitely were able to make it work though! Would love to stay here again!

Great centrally located Kauai condo

We had a great stay! The unit is beautifully remodeled and in an excellent central location for exploring the island. The surrounding area felt safe and well kept, and it was a convenient walk to the beach, shopping, grocery store and restaurants from the unit. The unit was well stocked (kitchen ware, cleaning items, basic toiletries, etc) and had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc available for use. The laundry room was easy to use, but just be aware it is inaccessible from 10pm-8am so don’t start a load too late in the evening! The unit is right across from the pool. You do get a little noise from the pool during the day if that is something that bothers you- it did not impact our stay or enjoyment of the unit. Check in/out and communication was a breeze. I would highly recommend the unit.
