Property was just as described by the listing. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect for our two families with 6 teenagers. Easy walk and or bike ride to rosemary, Seacrest and the beach too. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

This was the perfect place for our family’s spring break vacation! Jason and Seth were incredible hosts, they were on top of communication and took care of anything we needed! The location was great and walking distance to the beach. We would absolutely recommend their beautiful home to anyone looking to stay in 30A!

Great location and great amenities

Overall the house is great. A great location in proximity to 30A (Rosemary/Seacrest Beach). The house is spacious and well built with high end Viking appliances. We were very appreciative of the 4 complimentary adult bikes and the beach chairs in the garage. The management company was super responsive and very helpful for the few items we needed. My only constructive feedback is that the cleaning crew appeared to have missed a few areas prior to our check-in.

This could be a five star stay with a little tlc and thorough cleaning. Pros: It has pretty decor, it’s a nice size, held a lot of people comfortably, the hot tub is huge, nice outside entertaining area, 8 min walk to the beach, four bikes for use, most beds are comfortable, the third floor bunk room is awesome and you can see a bit of the ocean from the balcony, master is big enough to also fit a king air mattress, the master bath is massive with a rainfall shower, host was very responsive and accommodating. Cons: It was SO dirty as if it hadn’t even been vacuumed, much less mopped. We had to wear our shoes in the house or our feet turned actual black. Hair wads all over the carpet, food crumbs, faux rose petals left behind on the master floor, cobwebs, black mold in master shower, blood on the shower curtain in one bathroom, grimy dishes, scuffs that look bad on one of the beds. No blackout curtains in the bedrooms, so we had the sun coming in at 6:30am. No extra bedding or blankets and the ones on the beds are thin. There is no direct walkway to the beach from the house, you have to go to the next street over. Overall if the cleaning is addressed it would be a highly recommend. The high cleaning fee needs to be used for cleaning!

Thank you for recognizing the home’s beautiful décor, spacious layout, comfortable beds and our team’s responsiveness. We are genuinely surprised and disappointed by the cleaning concerns described here, as none of them were mentioned during the stay. Our team communicated with this guest several times... from accommodating an early check-in to answering questions and providing assistance, but we received no message indicating there was a cleanliness issue. Not a single comment about it. Had any of these concerns been shared, we would have immediately sent our team to inspect the home, correct anything that was missed and make the stay more comfortable. Unfortunately, learning about such broad concerns only through a review after checkout leaves us without the opportunity to investigate or resolve them for the guest. We aren’t perfect, and if we miss something, we want to know so we can make it right. We take cleanliness and the guest experience extremely seriously and have addressed this feedback with our team. We encourage future guests to review the many positive experiences shared about this beautiful home and to contact us during their stay if anything needs our attention... we will always respond and do everything reasonably possible to help. - Jason
