Lakeside Retreat on 10 Secluded Wooded Acres, Hot Tub, Level 2 EV Charger

Looking for a private getaway? Stay at the Raccoon Lakehouse, a 4 bedroom, 3 bath lakefront home on 10 secluded wooded acres with over 380 feet of lake frontage. You can fish, kayak, or swim in this calm cove of the lake. Enjoy dinner on the patio overlooking the lake, with gas and charcoal grill, and an outdoor gas firepit. Relax in the outdoor hot tub. Later that night, gather around the wood firepit and roast marshmallows and swap stories. Back in the house you can get cozy by the gas fireplace, or challenge your family and friends to a round of pool in the game room. Enjoy watching raccoons, deer, opossums, squirrels, and foxes that come to visit.

Level 2 EV Charger available for no additional fee.

SECURITY:
We have 3 actively recording cameras recording video and audio. 1. Doorbell camera at front door. 2. Security floodlight camera pointing into the backyard 3. Security camera on side of house monitoring parking. All cameras are on the exterior of the property. No cameras are located indoors.

NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED!

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED to protect you in case of your need to cancel outside of the cancellation period, for circumstances as provided by the insurance policy you choose.

This home was absolutely amazing! The space, decor and grounds were beautiful. The hosts paid attention to every single detail with this home. The hosts were also very helpful and communicated very well. We will definitely be renting this home again!

The cabin was phenomenal! Bryan & Dan are the best, most attentive hosts. They truly want their guests to have everything they need for a seamless stay and they deliver. Top notch!!! We are already planning another, longer stay in the near future. Can’t wait to go back!

Large, comfortable, luxurious accommodations. Gorgeous wooded property with wonderful amenities for relaxation and entertainment. This was a fantastic rental property. We will be back!

My family and I recently enjoyed 4 nights at the Raccoon Lakehouse. This property was perfect for us. The peaceful and private setting allowed us to relax and unwind. The home was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The best part was watching the wildlife! The squirrels, deer and raccoons kept us entertained all day. Bryan and Dan are the best hosts! They went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay here again!The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The beds were great, the showers were amazing, and our favorite spot was the living room with all the windows overlooking the lake. Every evening at dusk we would sit and watch all the wildlife come out. It was such a cool experience.The lake was gorgeous, so clear and beautiful. There isn't a sandy beach, so our kids weren't thrilled about walking on the lake bottom at first. We picked up a few pool noodles and floats, though, and that solved the problem. We ended up spending time in the lake every single day.The outdoor space was fantastic too. We loved the grill, the hot tub, and all the yard games. We visited in July, so it was very hot, but the lake was the perfect way to cool off and the air conditioning kept the house nice and comfortable.The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby waterfalls and hiking trails, but honestly, the house itself kept us entertained with the games and pool table.We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Best VRBO experience ever!

My family visited during the solar eclipse in April '24. We were searching for a spot in the line of totality and lucked out with this home. It was, hands down, the best VRBO experience we've ever had! This property is wonderful. Inside it is immaculately kept, and full of delightful, high-end touches. The kitchen is well appointed, and the furniture is all very comfortable. The showers are heavenly. There are beautiful views out of expansive windows over the lake, and the backyard has several lovely outdoor areas in which to gather to cook, read, chat, or nap. After dark there are charming cafe lights illuminating the view, and the kids loved watching the wildlife. Several times we ventured out onto the lake and had a great time paddling around. The whole property is so peaceful and secluded. It is a wonderful place to escape and relax. The hosts were generous, thoughtful, and so responsive to questions throughout our stay. We enjoyed every minute of our time here, and would gladly recommend this home to everyone we know! 11/10! Thank you so much for having us!
