Welcome to our cozy guest suite nestled in the charming Cully neighborhood! As soon as you step into our thoughtfully designed suite, you'll be greeted by modern comforts and stylish decor. The space features a private entrance, hardwood floors, ample natural light, fully equipped kitchen, and luxurious tile bathroom with rainfall shower. Unwind after a day of exploring Portland in the cozy living area, complete with a comfortable sofa, record player, and a Roku Smart TV for your entertainment.

The suite is a cozy little place. Very well decorated and clean. It was really nice to be able to park in the driveway. It was also very quiet, never heard any airplane noise even though it is close to PDX. I would definitely stay here again!!

Overall a good property in a convenient location for us. Appreciate the outdoor seating area and ability to park in the driveway. They made good use of a smaller space. The bathroom was a bit of a challenge with two people and only cabinet no counter space. Would return on a future visit.

This is a wonderful little place. Well appointed and clean. There’s not much in terms of restaurants and shops in the area to walk to and enjoy, but we chose it because it is a short walk to our daughter’s place. It has off-street parking, if you have a car. Despite it being fairly close to the airport, it was quiet. The only downside for us was the late checking time on the first day.

Cute and Convenient in Cully!

We had a lovely stay in this clean and comfortable guest suite. The space is well designed and while cozy, still had everything we needed without feeling cramped. Convenient location made it easy to get around town as well!

The home is cozy and super cute. The owners definitely took their time with decorating this space. Very quiet and located in the Cully neighborhood. The outdoor area is a bonus as well. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. The 6pm check-in was the only challenge for me but if you plan around it (my flights were already booked), probably not much of an issue.

This was probably the cleanest VRBO I’ve stayed in. Many household items looked brand new. The hosts thought through many details. I appreciated that shampoo and laundry detergent were included. I stayed here because it was close to my daughter’s but allowed me not to stay with her cats.

This was a great experience throughout, the studio was clean and had everything you need to be comfortable, great to have the laundry. The back patio was not a comfortable place to relax as it looks into other yards and needed some raking.

This is a sweet space and it's my second time here. The host is responsive, the place is clean. The bed is quite comfy! Kitchen has most of what you'd need - dishes, mugs, glassware, flatware. A nice set of knives. A tea kettle, a nice stove with an oven as well as a microwave. Nice sized fridge. I would have used the laundry but didn't because the "pods" provided were scented-which causes some respiratory distress for me. Bathroom has a great shower! Plenty of towels. TV is there but heads up- you need to have your own passwords to sign in on the streaming services you already subscribe to- none are provided as far as I could tell. The little gazebo outside with comfy patio furniture was a delightful place to sit in the evenings. It's a quiet neighborhood and the place is set back from the road. My only wish is that the check-in time could be earlier than 6:00. And the best part for me is that it's just around the corner from my daughter's place, so we get to visit without me overtaxing her space/resources. And I can even cook her and her sweetie a dinner at "my" place if I want to!

Everthing was as advertised. Tim was very responsive. Nice quiet neighborhood. We were even invited to neighborhood block party. Easy access to PDX. A very confortable and functional studio apartment.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

A bit of history of this space: This suite used to be a garage before I converted it to an ADU several years ago. The garage was built by the original owners back in 1945, and they lived in it for 2 years while they hand built the main house which was finished in 1947. Prior to converting to an ADU, the garage still had the original kitchen cabinets and sink in the back corner from when it used to be a living space.
