The comprehensive kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials, including cooking and dining utensils, a full-sized refrigerator with an ice maker, full size electric range, a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker, blender and more. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. When we walked in we felt right at home. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and relaxing. The host was always available for any questions you might have and knowledgeable on things to do and see . We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Great guest! It was wonderful to host Ashley and her son as they transition to Texas to start a new life. Great communication, enjoying all the benefits of the Hideaway as a temporary home, and the easy commute to Fort Worth for her new position in the medical field. Very responsible with her fur babies, and a joy to have on the property. Would definitely recommend Ashley as a guest wherever she goes!

Absolutely adorable cottage! Decorated so nice and bed was comfortable and very quiet setting. Wished we had more time to enjoy the outdoor patio area. Host was very responsive to changes and questions we had.If you are in the Weatherford/ Azle area it’s in a good location.Would stay again when in the area.

A charming peaceful place

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and set up very cute. A very relaxing place and not far from the business district. I will definitely try to stay there again. The host was very hospitable and very easy to get in touch with.

Amazing stay:) Beautiful barndominium with all the ambience of home. Clean, host is easy to communicate with, private and lots of extra amenities added to make a stay comfortable. The stars and lights on the front patio area will be missed.

Becki was a wonderful guest, and her furry friend Pearl was a delight to watch run free, play, and enjoy evening games of fetch. Becki was the ideal guest, communication was frequent and easy. She left the Hideaway practically spotless, and in perfect order. Becky is a Five Star guest and will be welcomed back whenever she is in the area again.

We had an wonderful stay here at this VRBO in Weatherford! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its like a 1 bedroom apartment, everything you could need and more. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making this property feel like a true home away from home.We can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Weatherford!

Fantastic stay, will stay again

Wonderful hideway, beautiful decor like a 1 bedroom apartment. The bed is really comfortable great hot showers too. 2 parking spaces, has a hair dryer, perfect for us girls. Large refrigerator, coffee maker can use grinds or K cups.Great wifi !The host left us snacks and water which was so appropriate. We will stay again in the future.

The Epitome of Southern Hospitality

My husband and I were in town for a family wedding. Most of the family stayed at a hotel, which had similar pricing—but we absolutely got the more enjoyable experience! The apartment is lovely—and the hostess so thoughtful. They accommodated an earlier check-in time for us so we could get ready for the wedding. When we arrived, there was a sweet welcome gift. The kitchen was stocked with the perfect snacks and beverages for weary travelers. We are relatively local—we live about 2 hours away—but I am sure that we will return for a staycation. I would highly recommend this country escape. As a bonus, it is only 9 minutes away from Dove Ridge Winery.

Natalie and her little fur baby Piper have been such a blessing! Super tidy, communicates well, and an over all great person! I’m so glad the outdoor patio, porch, and open property with room to play and roam are being taken advantage of and enjoyed to its full potential. Everything was great! There is a mechanical gate. Just make sure to contact host before getting there to get it. It was very easy tho. She responded extremely quick with accessiblity. Great place!

Thanks for your review Nikki! The gate is a nice addition and is new. I think our secret hiding place is a good place for guests to pick up the remote at arrival and leave at departure. I’ve added it to the welcome guide and access instructions. Come stay again on your next trip! I’ve always got the lights on!
