With a sparkling pool and hot tub for six, your vacation starts here. Large wraparound decks on both levels offer wonderful Gulf views from this corner-lot home. Right across the street is easy access to the beach via the public beach boardwalk. Whether exploring the island on the multi-use path or splashing in the surf, Dream Chaser’s excellent location puts the best of the Forgotten Coast within easy reach.

The exterior of this home offers covered concrete parking with a convenient covered entry. A refreshing private pool is perfect for the little ones to bob around. An enclosed outdoor shower provides the perfect place to rinse off at the end of a long day at the beach. A fish cleaning area makes preparing your coastal catch a delight. An exterior staircase provides easy access from the pool to all levels of the home.

The first floor offers plenty of sleeping space. The second floor provides a wonderful open-concept living area with beautiful views of the turquoise waters of the Gulf. The couch converts to a queen sofa bed for added sleeping space. A 50 inch TV, stereo, and bright coastal colors make this a wonderful space to gather. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar with seating for four and the dining table, seating six, can host a multitude of family meals, card games and puzzles.

Great family beach house

This house was perfect for gathering with our family at St. George Island. The house was very clean and managed very well. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub as the weather was chilly for us but they appeared well maintained. We would definitely start at this house again! Pet friendly too

There is good and bad about this place. I am not one to write a bad review but I do think for the amount of money this place was a little run down and could use some attention. Half the tvs did not work in the bedrooms. The bottom of the pool looked dirty but was just paint peeling or needing to be resurfaced. The light in the pool didn’t work for night time swimming and the pool guy that came to clean it “put in a ticket” for it to be replaced and he acted like they knew it but it was never replaced while we were there. Some of the toilets ran constantly. Overall deck had rusty nails and paint peeling. The sliding glass doors on the main floor didn’t work or they did but we couldn’t get them to open without a lot of force so we stopped. Just minor things that just needs some TLC. And for someone with pets there are ALOT of steps! Our elderly dog did not like them but that was our mistake for not considering that. The fact the bedrooms were on the second level was great for our adult children to come and go as they pleased without waking anyone. That was a plus. The view was nice also!

This is a difficult review. Everything the listing says is accurate but its not quite what we expected. First, the house's location is great. The views from the decks are beautiful. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. But, overall it left us feeling lacking. The comparison I have is if you went to rent a car. The listing you selected was a top of the line Camry, All the features, leather, stereo, lots of power items. Fair price (not the cheapest not the most expensive) Yet when you picked it up, it was a 20 year old car. The paint was faded, some rust, some dents, some scratches, features all outdated, interior worn, etc. The car was perfectly functional. The description was accurate. You just expected (based on pics and descriptions) something not so worn. Faded paint, dings, old appliances, old features, rusted surfaces, cabinet doors that were broken, a deck that had rust stains running down from every screw and nail, a mish mash of dishes and cooking items, cracked plastic outdoor furniture, etc. The house is rock solid but is in need of a remodel. The price was reasonable when we booked our week but it felt less reasonable as the week went on. It was not dirty, the location was great, it offered all the amenities. It most likely was a show piece 20 years ago. Just not today. It's fine. I'm not saying do not stay here. I am just highlighting the difference between the perception and reality.
