Unique opportunity to stay at executive studio condotel water view fully furnished Wi-Fi, and Cable included. There is two (connect with App) electric vehicle charging station stations available. You will have access to the Fitness Center, Heated Pool, Laundry Facilities, and new fireplace in the waiting lounge on site. Enjoy living the “Vacation Life” all year long. There is a restaurant and a Tiki Bar, (Tarpon Bay) on site for your enjoyment, and a new Arcade Area for children. This property is in a Great Location, and many activities close by such as: Siesta Key, Mote Marine Aquarium, and Ringling Brothers with an added Bonus Only Three Miles from Airport. Sorry no pet and no smoking suite. Amenities: Resort features include Tarpon Bay, outdoor swimming pool, marina views. Onsite laundry $2 per wash/dry. Longer term, (discounted) than one-month rentals and rates can be discussed. Breakfast can be purchased at the front desk for an additional daily charge of $10 per adult and $5 for children. NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING violators will lose their deposit. Free Wi-Fi throughout our hotel keeps you connected, and our gym makes it easy to keep up your workout routine. Property also incudes, free parking with large-vehicle spaces, boat docking for a nominal fee, (reserve and pay online) kayak and boat rentals available. This suite also features everything you need to make your own meals, mid-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker with assorted pods, or use the French press and kettle. Baby crib/changer, highchair and stroller is available upon request two days before check-in. After a restful sleep, wake up with a buffet breakfast or a morning swim in the outdoor pool. No need to worry if you forgot to bring some toiletries are provided or if you prefer a standard bar of soap, a scrubby for that fresh spa like feeling. Supplies are provided with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, soap and trash bags. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. Additional light housekeeping is optional for stays longer than 7+ nights: $40.00. We manage two other suites at this location and may have an opening for your stay please inquire. Great place to stay. It was so peaceful sitting in the chairs in the morning. We also really enjoyed having the bar/restaurant on the premises. The room was decorated very nicely. Enjoyed our time there.

We had a great stay at this facility. The place was very clean and welcoming. The amenities were all that were needed, the location of the facility is close to everything we wanted to visit; beaches, restaurants, attractions and the property with the pool, restaurant/Tiki Bar was a plus.

Honeymoon!

This place was superb! We were treated to a bottle of champagne which we got to drink while enjoying the views of the marina, we fell in love with Sarasota & cannot wait to return to Tamiami trail!

I really enjoyed my stay. The host Jon was wonderful to work with. Room was very well appointed, clean and it had a Keurig was is a must for my stay. Walk outside my room and saw beautiful sailboats a few steps away on the canal. I’ll be back for sure.

Fully remodeled in Jan 25, new everything. Additionally the little things, like beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Bathrobes and slippers. Assortment of toiletries you may have forgotten. Plus strive to make the guests enjoy their stay be it for relaxing, sightseeing or business travel. Always show our appreciation for return guests.
