Beautiful home! Very Spacious. Host was quick to respond.We had issues with ants when we arrived. The host responded very quickly and took care of the issue. Location was wonderful for our needs. Would rent again.

Perfect for a Family Stay

We spent Thanksgiving weekend here and loved having a place to gather, with plenty of great shopping and good options for food nearby.

Nice and clean. Didn’t realize there was someone living in the basement and they were pretty loud. Could have used more cooking equipment, and we did not have control of the temperature. Otherwise pretty good.

Temperature can be manually adjust by turning the knob, otherwise it's preset, or let me know and I can adjust it remotely, it's a wifi temperature controller

Good Property

This house was very clean and it was nice to park our car in the garage. It was listed as 4 bath, but 2 of the bathrooms were only half bath. The house was quite cool at night and the bedding was not adequate. Other than that, all was great.

The house was ready and the owner was very communicative. The house was clean and as described. The only thing I would change would be pillows. The only pillows in the closets and on the beds were decorative pillows and the extra pillows in the cabinets were small decorative pillows. That’s just me being a little picky.

The house was nice but there could have been more seating in the family room. There was 8 of us with only a small couch and chair to sit at. All the beds beside the king bed were extremely uncomfortable. Very hard and almost no cushion. The comforters were very thin and not comfortable at all. The pillows were either stiff and hard or very flat. The shower made a high pitched noise the entire time it ran which made it very annoying and not a very relaxing shower. The last night we stayed the carbon monoxide detector started beeping due to low battery and we could not find any batteries to replace it. Overall it was a decent place to meet family we don’t see often coming from Colorado and we came from Idaho.

The check in process was easy. The over all feel was not the home away from home experience we were hoping for, we had been traveling with children and was hoping to do a load of laundry the property clearly shows a wash and dryer, we looked in ever closet and there was none. There was a washer in the garage that had tape on it saying do not use. The owner was at the property at 10:58 ringing the doorbell and waiting in the garage taping her wrist saying she was going to charge us for not being out by 11, (we left the property at 11:50am)while we were packing. She also stated we were not allowed access to the washer and dryer because we only stayed one night. I would not recommend the property to family’s especially some one with small children.

The rules states check out time at 11:00 am but the guests didn't and we rang the door bell about 11:30 (not 10:58) to let them know but they still didn't get out till about 12:00. We had to clean up for the next guest. Washer and dryer were available in the utility room that was locked for safety reasons and the key was hanging near by, they could have text/call me about it but they didn't. In my messages and rules posted on the fridge stating let me know for any questions but they didn't bother. These guests sure don't know how to follow rules.
