Rental was absolutely spotless, one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in. We enjoyed the third floor room for relaxing and watching a movie. Location is walking distance to mass transit and many excellent restaurants and bars.

The house looked exactly like the pictures online and the hosts were very easy to communicate with throughout the process. There were plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance and an ACME right across the street. My family would definitely stay here again. The only issue was the parking could be a little tricky but that would be the same case in any house in this area.

Gabe and John were wonderful hosts! The house is gorgeous and clean. We love the loft upstairs to chill and relax. Prime location near stores and coffee shops. Gabe was so kind to even research running routes for me! Definitely would book this stay again!

Gabe and Jon’s row home was a great home base for our stay in Philly. The house was very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of restaurants and a nice liquor store. Gabe and Jon were very responsive and accommodating.

This row house was perfect for our stay in Philly. Everything was straight forward and clear, in terms of checkin - we had no problem finding the property and getting settled. There were plenty of extra sheets and pillows. The second bedroom contains a pullout futon that takes up most of the space; and there's a third floor with a very comfy couch and alot more space. We had a couple of great meals at the nearby Front Street Cafe; and ordered yummy pizza via Uber Eats for dinner one evening. 1-900-Ice-Cream is closeby and an absolute must. It's an easy walk to a CVS and a liquor store, and other restaurants and stores. We had easy access to public transportation. Parking is tricky, but there's a long-term lot just a few blocks away. This property is most accessible for people who can easily do stairs, and who don't mind walking.
